My brother in law went to get our kids food for me as I have a sever injury right now and they messed it up horrifically. Like to the point that I thought someone was messing with our food. B.I.L. had to go to work and my kids needed their food, so I took my injured self up there for compensation. Unfortunately, along with the incompetence in food prep, they also did not give/offer a receipt. When I got there and explained to the incompetent manager she claimed she looked through her system and did not see any order of the sort for at least the last 3 hrs. I asked if she was calling me a liar and assured her that I could afford McDonalds and the last thing I wanted to do was be out and about with this serious injury suffered just days before. She insisted I was a liar and did not offer any sort of compensation. I cussed her and the crew out and left. I was wrong for that. GM if you read this, please look up order 1499 at 15:53. This is the order she was too incompetent to find and accused one of your patrons of being a liar about. Thanks for ruining my kids dinner and ripping off a hard working member of an inflated society as it is.

Placed a mobile order for curbside and sat there for over an hour. Finally got fed up and went to the drive thru to request a refund and was given attitude by the lady at the speaker, "and you're choosing to go through the drive thru instead of coming inside?". Obviously. Because I waited an hour for food I never got and my two year old was in the backseat sleeping. Horrible experience for sure and I won't be coming back to the Jackson McDonalds anymore.

They have some really dirty employees. Not to judge them but i had 2 cheeseburgers from there and went home to take a nap and I puked and had diarrhea afterwards all in the same day. Must’ve caught a norovirus and those virus can be transmitted by touch of objects like the dirty employer that gave me my food. He looked like he hasn’t showered in days and his belly was showing a bit. Have some representation at least. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I want to give a shout out to Harvetta! She is always kind and easy to talk with and makes sure to keep you up to date if the food is fresh. She works professionally and makes the service quick if there is a long line but not in the manner where you feel that you are given food and that's it. If she isn't already she deserves a management position at the location she works at I she wanted to. One reason I enjoy getting the food I do late night there before I make a long drive back to my town at night! Avoid this location like the plague. Eating gas station sushi would be a pleasant alternative to eating anything from this McDonald's location. This location consistently shorts orders. For the second time they forgot toys in happy meals. Their latest solution was to have us drive all the way back to the location and pick up a large fry and two happy meal toys, that they felt the need to argue about when called. Cool. I guess I'll eat a cold burger after I make a trek to pick up my fries. My burger looks like it was assembled by a legally blind man tossing ingredients onto a bun from across the room. I understand a long line in drive-thru but after getting thru and paying it should go quickly. I sat 10 minutes at the window then directed to go over to parking spot. Waiting 20 minutes in that spot. I had to go in and ask for my food. The bag was given to me but as cold as the food was it had been sitting there for sometime. Mind you it was a fries, hamburger, and quarter pounder. No special orders. Frustrating watching 7 cars pass by me thu drive-thru while waiting.. Total time to get thru was 40 minutes. I ordered a Medium Iced Caramel Mocha, and they only filled it half way. It was around 11pm, but I made sure I asked through the com of they were still offering café drinks, to which they said yes, but I did not expect my drink to only be half of what I paid for. Went through the drive through for my Granddaughter last night. Ordered one 4 piece nuggets happy meal with fries and apples. Thats all. Got home and found the nuggets and fries but no apples.
