One of the last times I go to McDonald's. Increased prices, decreased quality. Fries are always cold. McChicken hard as a rock. Seems like way too much mayonnaise. Lettuce is old and tastes like it. Property keeps changing parking and pull ahead process. No outside trash receptacle for trash from McDonald's. Mobile app frequently not working. Spent all day helping people going through tragic situations around the holidays. Been up doing said things since 5 am. Stopped at this McDonald’s around 10:45pm to get something in our stomachs on our way home only to get treated very poorly by the order taker who was clearly annoyed we’d stop there to eat. We got our food and the fries were cool to the touch and soggy- clearly old and the fries are what most people look forward to… ammirite? Well we asked if we could get hot fries only to be greeted with the following: 1. Condescendingly, “Hey SWEETIE, I’m going to need those fries back before you can get these ones…. I may be slightly cynical but I don’t really think she thought we were “sweet”. 2. We were also told, “Next time you have to order these cooked to order.” I’m sorry… or what? I managed fast food for 5 years and I just don’t get how this is excusable. The “you should just be lucky I’m here” attitude in the service industry just sucks. I am very grateful for these people, please don’t get me wrong! But especially after a seriously long day and season… it would be nice to at least get a smile and some compassion and some hot food at hot prices! That’s all… rant over! Continue scrolling! Used the drive thru today. My meal was $6.56. I gave the girl $20.61. she gave me back $14.00 and closed the window. I waited and told her wrong change. She said you gave me $20.52. I said that's still wrong change. She closed the window and said no it's not. I told her get a manager. Put my truck in park. She finally got a manager. Manager was AMAZING! I explained what happen and she corrected it. It's only 5cents but the attitude that girl had was horrible. Thank you to the Manager for correcting the issue. When we walked in it took forever to get anyone to take our order and there was only one person ahead of us but when we finally did the woman was super helpful and patient. Our code didn't work on the kiosk, she got it to work, while taking the order she made a mistake we realized before walking out & she knew and corrected it with a smile. This is the best I've ever had someone be taking my order there especially with mistakes involved so that was great. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered the Bundle Box (appox. $20) which was supposed to be 2 BigMacs, 2 10pc McNuggets and 2 Fries. I got everything except for 1 BigMac. EVERYTHING was barely room temp. and the nuggets and fries were chewy... They only gave me 1 BBQ sauce and 1 Ranch sauce for 20 nuggets, no napkins and no receipt. When I got home (approx 6 min drive) I immediately called McDonalds to complain. I spoke to the night manager (Autumn). It was obvious that she was in a rush to get me off the phone. I stated my issue and she said "We closed and we're trying to leave so you will have to call back tomorrow and I will replace the food. I asked if she wanted my name to put it in the book for a replacement order and she said "No, I'm not in the office right now so when you come in to get the order let them know that you talked to me. " I told her that I didn't get a receipt and she said that didn't matter. 3 days later I went to get my replacement order the day manager stated that she talked to Autumn and she didn't remember getting that phone call, it wasn't wrote down in the book and I didn't have the food to give back to them so there wasn't anything they could do for me. I feel like they just took my money and I also got the impression from the day manager that she thought I was lying to her. She treated me like I was beneath her and I was wasting her time. IF YOU CHOOSE TO GO TO THE MCDONALDS ON COLUMBIA AVE IN BATTLE CREEK THEN YOU BETTER COMPLETELY CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU WALK / DRIVE AWAY . I ordered drive thru. I ordered the sausage mcgriddle and egg McMuffin.Waited 7 minutes to get the wrong food that I couldn't eat because both had egg on them. If I could give a zero I would this McDonald’s is horrible the last time I have went there the Manager Autumn is running it my food was messed up both times this time I took my sandwich back up and had to wait another 20 and had to ask for the manager agin to get my food then she threw it at me like it was inconvenience. This women should not be in management. This place has some rude employees, annoyed that you haven't used the app and then I had to repete my oder 3 times and then handed my food and drink out the window and closed it went, not a chance to ask for ketchup at that moment, then I really ruined her day by sitting there until she opened the window back up then I got to ask for said ketchup I wanted. with an eye roll she gave me 2 packets and shut the window. I don't visit often and wouldn't if not asked to , i dont eat their food , but it's for a disabled person who does.
