Just went through the drive through ofvthis establishment, used my app for a free SIX piece chicken nuggets with a purchase, so I order 2 cheeseburgers, and I'm only given a FOUR piece nuggets, come guys, you can do better. 12/11/24, went through the drive through, very long line, at least 25 cars in front and in back of me, yet I'm the only one told to pull over and wait! Not good service McDonald's!! I attached a photo of the cold, half filled "medium" sized fries I paid $4.18 for!! Pathetic!! They took really long to acknowledge that I was stopped at the drive-through, then took the other lane's order first. I kept saying hello, and then they finally said hi back. But then they disappeared for a few minutes. When they finally began taking my order, I had to keep repeating myself over & over. I told them I had a coupon, and they were confused, but then said they understood. I went to pay & they were charging the full price. I told them I wanted to use the physical coupon & they were so confused about what to do. They got the manager & he asked if I wanted to add what was on the coupon (a free hamburger) in addition to what was on my order. I told him that all I was doing was trying to use the coupon for the hamburger on my order. Thankfully, he understood & handled it. Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
