I asked for a 2B which is a Quarter Pounder Bacon and Cheese! I ended up with a deluxe.. WHICH GOT MAYO TOMATOES ALL THAT STUFF I DONT EAT. So I asked them to fix it. And here I go with some cheese that didn’t melt cause the patty colder than the weather outside! But before I even got the one in the picture they gave me a plain Jane QP. What ima do with that and just plop the government non melted cold cheese cold everything on it. 0 stars. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They messed up the whole order. I paid $60.97, and I had to go inside so I can get my food right. The employees were rude. By serv safe you are not supposed to have your drinks where you are serving food out or having your phone out where the customers can see it. I would not want to be the shift manager there because they would not like me. The shift leader was not where they could talk with me. I was told that he would not talk with me and didn't even have time to get my order right. The employees told me that I didn't have any food and, I told them that I need to get what was left out. So with all this said it was the worst experience that I have ever had. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every single available table dirty. Floor = dirty. Lunchtime or not this place was disgusting. The booth we first tried to sit at smelled of urine. Not to mention the toilets gone without being flushed. Workers in the corner on the phone (also had an attitude assuming I was taking pictures of them) and no sense of urgency with the workers on the line. Employees were more focused on joking with eachother instead of filling orders. This place completely lacks organization and cleanliness. I will never be coming back to this location.

Food was good and the service was not bad even though it was very busy. But, there was a pretty unappetizing smell in the place while we were there. It smelled like industrial cleaner or an electrical fire. There might have also been something wrong with the drink dispenser. I placed a mobile order. 4 for $5. No salt on the meat or fries. NO CHEESE on the burger. I pulled to the window to get my order and was asked to pull up because they had just dropped everything fresh. The burger had CHEESE on it. I can't eat cheese. 🤢🥴😳 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Did mobile order at this location. Drive thru operator was not switching between lanes to take orders. Finally was able to give my mobile order number. Get to the window and she trying to charge me for some other order. Told her I was the mobile order, get receipt and pull to next window. Instead of being greeted, the young lady slings window open to give me drinks. I say no ma’am I just have the mobile order with nuggets and fries while holding up my receipt towards her. Her response did you pay for it? Please retrain your staff to do run the drive thru properly and think before they open they mouth. Anyone who has common sense knows you have to pay mobile orders on the app. This place is terrible. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Service: 1

I try and stay away. McDonald's to me is garbage food. The service is not close, the restaurant usually dirty, and food, well, garbage. Why is the ice cream machine always down. Doesn't make sense. I do have to be honest, when fries are fresh and nuggets are fresh, they're pretty dang good. The mocha frappe is worth a visit too, but that's it I think. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

My wife and I stopped to pick up dinner for our family. We were the third car in line and there are five of us in our family so not a small order. We get to the window and are pulled to a spot. We watch several other orders go out, I get it no problem. Then a young lady asks us if we have a particular item (we did not), and then asked for our receipt. We gave it. We saw literally 20 cars go through the line after that. Then, once the line was clear for for several minutes another young lady brings out our food, with no apology, excuse, or anything finally bring out our food. Service: 1

Instead of letting people in they have this place closed to the public at 7am. Only drive through is open. That's terrible. All because they don't want to clean the dining area. Some lady asked one of the drive through customers to buy them their coffee. Because she was driving a semi and couldn't place an order. Not a good place to come. Very sad

Gave 1 star because I had too. The store was filthy, play area was really messy and the trash cans were over flowing and the worst part was employees were rude, terribly rude. They're were not busy inside and what I could tell -There were only 2 orders in Drive thru . The lobby girl was too busy on her phone to pay attention to the cleanliness. The manager was seen in drive thru passing out orders when I asked for a rag to clean off our table HE got irritate with me and all I asked for was a clean towel to clean off the table myself and I was very respectful asking for the towel but that didn't matter to him. No name tags.
