My experience was good, but the customer service could have been just a tad bit better. It was a young person, so it might have been their first time working a job, so I cut them some slack. Me and my boyfriend came thru drive thru last night...night before thanksgiving and it was awful !!! We just ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and ended up getting a mcrib meal.... The women who worked drive thru was having such a hard time bc everyone else back there was goofing off she was the only one taking her job serious...tried Calling store today and got no answer hopefully the gm sees this review and gives that drive thru women a good job and get the cashier and cooks in line ! Visited McDonald's tonight. My friend had a replacement fish sandwich owed so she made the request in the drive thru added on a couple plain mcdoubles and a pie. We checked the bag in the lot found we were missing a pie and the mcdoubles are regular. Circled back around to finally get the order right. I go through here all the time and usually I have no problems getting my food but it’s always either sloppily made or they leave things off the order. I went through today and no one was at the speaker to even take an order. I later learned when a worker came out and told me the store was closed 40 min early. I had a mobile order and was not able to pick it up. Waiting in the drive thru for 40 min trying to get the attention of the workers did not work.
