I used the kiosk, as I always do, and the kiosk was broken, so I went to the counter where 4 employees, including the manager, looked at me from the prep area and ignored me for appx 2 minutes, not once saying the basic, “We’ll be right with you.” My order was ready in a reasonable amount of time, but when I got my fish fillet, noticed a number of small spots appearing to be mold. I showed the buns to the manager, she immediately offered to remake the sandwich…and then forgot about for about 4 minutes until I asked, and the manager indicated she forgot, apologized, and immediately remade the sandwich. When she brought me the replacement fillet of fish, she showed me the buns which showed a pattern of black spots that she explained wasn’t mold, but that they steamed the buns and that the steamer must be dirty. She offered a refund in lieu of the remade sandwich. I heard her telling her team about the steamer problem, and one of the staff suggested that the buns “always come out like that.” It floored me that there is such a lack of attention to detail and food safety awareness that, for at least one of the staff, having the bun steamer steam dirt into the buns was “just what happens.” I actually feel bad for the manager, who seems kind hearted in spite of being distracted and a limited attention span-or maybe she was just having one of those days, like we all have. But Food poisoning is a serious problem, and it shouldn’t be left for the customers to decide how much risk to shoulder from a dirty bun steamer. Clean it! Went through drive through this afternoon to grab some lunch after work. Spouse wanted a sunday. She stated "ohh the ice cream machine is down", I didn't hear this and proceeded to order the sunday. Wife starts scolding me and I say "Sorry I didn't see it was down" as the drive through employee is saying something. I say "Hold up I'm getting yelled at". The manager then proceeds to call me a prick and refuse to serve me. At this point I'm confused and ask "Wait, are you being for real right now?" The manager then doubles down and said I was mocking his employee and says "Even if you explain yourself we're not going to serve you, you need to leave" So, thanks for verbally abusing me and refusing me service for apologizing to my spouse about accidentally trying to order a hot-fudge sunday. Manager needs to get off their power trip and go back to being a regular employee or find a new job. They're clearly not cut out for this work and are way too confrontational. Definitely skip this location. Cook's corner and Bath are a league ahead in food quality and service. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The cleanliness of this store is disgusting. They insist you use their kiosk to order but the greasy, covid handprints are so bad you dont want to touch it. Just like the floors in the pictures. The shear laziness of the staff to not actually clean the floors but yet put a “wet” floor sign out is ridiculous. Its not wet, thats grease they track in and out of the kitchen. For days its been like this. You can obviously see how long it’s been with the outside grease tracking on the pavement. The staff cleanliness isnt the best either. Their shirts are stained with grease and food residue. It explains the floor and Kiosks cleanliness. These are the same folks who wanted to get paided more money for the same, well looks like less, work nowadays. Truly shameful to call a professional workplace. Do better

I ordered a sausage Mcmuffin without sausage and add bacon. i came home to enjoy my food but saw that they added sausage even though the receipt on the bag said no sausage. I've ordered this several times before and have had no problems. very disappointed

Food was good. My best friends coke was yucky like it was running out of syrup. But the worst part was the young woman employee running around yelling about being busy during rush hour and she was loudly repremanding another employee when he asked her an innocent question in front of a room full of customers. Cost over 30 dollars for two meals. I don't even mind that so much but for Pete sake can't you guys stay consistent?!! I asked for fresh fries cause I had to pull forward to wait for one of the burgers. The fries were trash. My big Mac was drenched in sauce. So disappointed. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Ok I never expected to find my favorite McDonalds in South Paris, Maine…but here it is. I got chicken nuggies, and a Filet-o-fish sandwich. The food was so fresh! The employees were nice and went out of their way to get something we needed. The restaurant was pretty clean, and the dining area was very roomy. I love McDonald’s but the one closest to where I live is awful. I’d rather drive 20 minutes away to this location. I went to this location a while back after I got out of work at 6 am and they weren't open yet on a couple of differant occasions. I let that go. Well tonight I went through drive through at 10:15 pm there are cars in line ahead of me which means they definitely took orders after 10 pm. all the lights are on and even the times on the door say 6am to 11pm. The lady tells me over the speaker that they are closed and unable to take my order. When you answer someone to tell them you are closed yet still serving people..you are not unable you are simply unwilling so I have to ask is this location just allowed to make up their own random hours?...I am going to find out if this is a corporate store or franchisee n ask the company that very question.
