A lot of guests point out that waiters serve tasty causa, pork and double burgers here. Good frappes or delicious smoothies are what can make you come back to this fast food. Clients don't highly appreciate biscuits at McDonald's. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Come here for the cool atmosphere. But people rate this spot below average on Google.

Pickles should be on the burger... not on the side. It matched my day the way it was going, though 🤣 Today, I've waited 20 minutes for my food to be delivered. Never did so, went and checked myself. Food was sitting there, but my coffee was still missing. The lady who helped me not only brought my coffee to the table, she also surprised my kids, and I with cookies and apple pies for having to wait so long. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

This is how much was in my drink when I got home and opened it. That's just ridiculous. I wish I would have paid attention to how light the cup was. Smh. The incompetence is astounding. The manager here is a joke there was a hair tie in my fries went back after eating my fries and actually picking up a stretched out hair tie as my last 3 fries the manager here sead she don't believe me and where is the receipt and stood at the window and laughed in my face Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

From not being able to properly assemble a Big Mac, to pretty much every time I order having some kind of issue, mostly missing items. After the order I just placed tonight. I had to leave a review as it was laughable. I got my order delivered and even asked the driver if there was another bag, which there wasn't. But literally got less than half my order. I'm not sure if they just can't read the order tickets or the manager there simply just doesn't care about if they complete the orders. But honestly if your close enough to go this location drive or order from the one just up the road on Rufe Snow they can at least get your order correct 95% of the time. For the manager there , if you do happen to read this you should follow up with the staff as they probably need some additional training to smooth out the order process. I wouldn't write this if it was one time but this has been the last 5 times I ordered from there has been missing items in every order. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. In fact it's the worst restaurant. Every time I go inside you have to get somebody's attention to come and manage the front register. Since the day they installed the new order boards they think they do not have to help anyone at the front register. I was in the Drive-Thru and ordered a box of chocolate chip cookies. After waiting 17 minutes and I've already been in line for 8 minutes so almost 25 minutes and I had to walk inside and there's my bag of cookies sitting under the lamp and nobody knows. Almost all the employees there never wear uniforms. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every night at 3am they decide to only take mobile orders or door dash order, but proceed to not accept mobile orders on their system. So technically not 24/7 just till 3am and then open again at 6am. Please update hours if the store is not open or is understaffed. I’ve came everyday this week, same time, after a night shift and the same thing happens every night. Service: 1

Ordered some drinks for some coworkers and went through drive through and when getting my drinks they kept forgetting what I had ordered. They then just stood there expecting me to leave when they forgot most of my order. I had to ask for straws since they only gave me 3, when I got about 7 drinks. Also had to ask for cup holders! They ended up giving me the wrong coffee too!! They should be focused on their work instead of playing around.
