Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food establishment. Don't bother ordering ahead on the app because you'll be waiting at least twice as long as you would if you went through the drive-through. The absolute disregard for anyone who isn't in the drive-through is disgusting. It took them over 20 minutes to get my food to me, and they didn't even bring it out. I had to go inside and ask them what was taking so long. Turns out my food was done, and they just never bothered bringing it to me, so by the time I actually got to eat, my food was cold. Every time i come in or go through the drive through they mess the order up and the manager, David, has to fix it. He’s the only person with sense working at this location. Everyone else comes out smelling like weed and cigarettes and give you an attitude. Terrible atmosphere. They need to do a mass rehire Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Rachel is AMAZING. Placed a online order and the app gliched. Tried to place a different order for the meal it deleted and it wouldn't let me. Contacted support and they told me not my problem they can't help and would escalate it. Rachel went above and beyond and made sure that we all got our breakfasts. Best customer service ever!!!
