Used to really like the fast service at this location until they hired a girl that is at the window about 6 months ago. Every single time I go now something is always messed up with my order, I'm not exaggerating in that. Every. Time. She never gets the order right and is always on her phone instead of listening and correcting the order. My order was not large, just a kid's meal with one drink on the side. Last time going here, I don't ever post negative reviews but this girl is driving away customers. Dude at the second window was nice and gave me my money back for one item but I still got charged extra for the drink that comes with the kids meal. Just not worth it guys, drive the extra 5 miles to another location. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1

It like the customers are bothering these people when you walk up to the counter. It’s as though they found every moron in Benbrook to work here.cant wait for the fully automated fast food places to open up. I recently ate at this McDonalds. It had completely changed for the better. I go during noon hour, I figure fast food is the freshest at the busiest time. Food & service have both been perfect. Hot quarter pounder & fries. SImple order, always right & temperature is very hot. I worked in fast food in the sixties. It was good, but the menu kept getting bigger & bigger. Made it difficult to get help that could handle a growing menu. Food quality suffered also. Now the menu is probably 20 times larger. It is impossible to fill orders without mistakes. A hamburger place with pancakes, toys, and so many items. I wish they would go back to burgers & fries. Customers & help would all be much happier. My opinion. I order simple & always receive good food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I drove thru this morning and Nobody was around, I heard do you have a mobile order,I replied no , but I would like to order a number 5, at that instance I saw a vehicle pull up and I heard do you have a mobile order. I replied I was here first before anybody was here and they get to order before I do. Then someone came on and asked what do you want to order. I'm like I already ordered a number 5. What do you want to drink. Whatever . This is the first time I've been to McDonald's in a long time and this will be my last. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

DO NOT, DO NOT come to this location. I’ve come for breakfast 4 times in the last month and they will always forget stuff or charge and not give the product. I asked the manager on duty, and he damn near almost jumped out thru the window “bro I’m not gonna explain to you” it charged me and I have no product, and he’s asking me to come in and charge for food I already paid for and his attitude made it feel NOT SAFE to enter the store at this time. UPDATE: Partner goes into the store tells me one of the employees got physical with him. Corporate you have to do better. They literally gave me hamburger bun with only bacon on it when we asked for a cheese burger with just meat, cheese ketchup add bacon. I’m pregnant, and really upset. We got all the way home to find literally just bacon on a bun. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Definitely the service was amazing!! There was a wonderful lady at cash register who gave me a pre warning on the sauces that I wanted to try and my God, she was right about both. So thank you for the heads up!! And the biggest thing, my son left his cellphone on the table and they were so nice to pick it up and keep in behind the counter until I got there. So the integrity here was amazing in my book! The manager was super nice about it. I would say the food was great but the service was even greater!! Thank you so much!! We did an online order - The order was ordered as "meals". Meal means fries and drink - Picked up order and missing the Large fries - Went back and was told "it doesn't show fries on your oder".. umm ma'am - it says "MEAL" - you gave us the drinks...??
