Wasn't even going to post a review but the employee working the counter was so rude to a customer I just had to. There was a language barrier and I admit it was difficult, but the employee not only displayed her frustration verbally and physically l, but also blatantly talked trash as she went in the back to correct an order. Was hard to watch. All I ordered was a coffee and it took 5+ minutes to get. Was told it just didn't show up in the active orders. We stopped in during our visit to Vegas. We walked over for a breakfast sausage and coffee This location is across the street from the Four Seasons and Mandalay Bay hotel but light years away from acceptable customer service. If you're looking for entertainment or drama this is the place to go. 1st visit, we waited for about 15 minutes for sausage biscuits and coffee. The security guy ignored all the drama as he chatted on his cell phone during our entire stay. 2nd visit, a man with his family paid for a coke and got ice coffee and the clerk repeatedly argued with him until a manager came out 5 minutes later to confirm it was coffee. All while this was going on another guy was screaming for his carbonated water while another guy was also screaming for his food that he said he had paid for. This went on for about 20 minutes. Security finally showed up shortly after they had left saying he was deal with another situation in the parking lot. 😳 3rd visit, there was approximately 20 people waiting in line to use the 1 operable kiosk. So we gave up. Btw, the hash browns and sausage biscuits were good and the coffee was nice and hot.
