The worst. Service was awful. You could tell without a shadow of a doubt the employees couldn't care less about being there. No attention to detail. In fact no attention at all. Very dirty. Trash full. Trast on floor. Tables not tended to. The only place clean was the parking lot. When we arrived we were told that they could not take any orders at the counter. All orders had to be made through the the kiosk or the phone app. I never heard of this before. In fact my wife couldn't even figure out how to use the kiosk. It was her first time. Myself and three other patrons took over 15 minutes to receive our food. After getting my food I ordered a soda which took another 10 minutes to receive and one lady that was there before we even arrived was still waiting for her food. In fact she and the other two patrons were still waiting for their food after we finished eating and we're leaving. I realize this is only one McDonald's but my wife made a comment that she would never go to McDonald's again. And I totally get it. I don't understand how the health department still allows this store to operate. I would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone. This has to be the most unprofessional McDonald’s on God’s green earth. The management (black female) and ( black male / blonde hair) who are representing a McDonald’s franchise the managers at the store should know better but they don’t. First the store was not that busy that you had to be rude. I am parent that is very involved in my daughters life and I teach her to be respectful and ask questions in a professional and respectful manner. She applied for a job online for this location and it sent her a reply to go this location to talk to a manager about a interview time. So for a week I have taken her to this location several times this week and she has called several times. She asked me to take her this morning , mind you I have never went in location with her on the previous times she attempted to speak with a manager. And each time she went in location to speak with a manager. The crew was rude or don’t know when a manager is available.. My daughter came out location and told me what was said to her she was not upset but I could see in her eyes she was getting discouraged at this point. I am single mother raising 2 daughters to be respectful and intelligent young ladies I went in the store to find out why be so rude and unprofessional. The male manager with the blonde hair walked away while I was standing at counter to go whisper something to the very unprofessional rude female black manager. Now nobody asked her to stop what she was doing to interview her she only per reply back from online Application submission about a interview time slot. The very unprofessional passive aggressive simple minded black female whom never gave her name but tells my daughter next time don’t bring her mother in with you. Well unprofessional black women she didn’t bring me the store when we first arrived she came in alone but you and the other manager were rude to her. Nobody asked either one to stop what they was doing but I do believe you could have handled her in a more professional manner. She asked the black male manager, “When would be a good time to talk to her?” He tells her he don’t know and just call. Well she been doing that all week same thing crew rude and very unprofessional. I teach my daughter if you don’t stand for something you will fall for anything. McDonald’s is most young people first job experience but to be handled rude and unprofessional during that first time attempt to get a job. She has applied to other places around in this area because we live in the area. To the black female manager don’t worry about her mother because I am good at what I do unprofessional black woman who is a manager. But of course you was busy but you had time to talk when your minion walked over to tell you whatever I really didn’t care. But now you got time….. ignorance at it’s finest. Yea checking all the reviews it’s not the employees fault. It’s poor management. Really it’s pretty sad when you think about it.

Road our bikes to get lunch and was told we couldn't stay, we had to get our beach cruiser bycicles off the property.. I was under the impression McDonald's was TRYING to be a eco friendly establishment.. but I guess not! So we just took business to panda express across the parking lot . A few times when I've gone here and ordered a Big Mac combo which comes standard with a medium drink but they automatically charge for a large. My guess is this is something the management has instructed the employees to do. French fries were soggy today as well. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Liberally waited over 45 minutes in a drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me just to be given a large fry box with a medium amount in it. Just ridiculous that i waited Almont an hour to get cheated out of half my fries. In my own personal opinion, a professional company like McDonald's should never ever have just one person in their restaurant working alone, first of all it's a safety hazard for just one employee to be alone, not only that, but a huge corporation like McDonald's should be ashamed of not being able to staff a restaurant. I do door dash delivery and for me, time is money so each minute of the 35 that I had to sit and wait in line, cost me money and gas. Thanks McDonald's for being a responsible business and allowing only one person to work the entire restaurant.

I don’t understand why the hell they always park people to wait for their food. There’s literally no loophole for the madness cause you have to wait the same amount of time ordering curbside or inside. I don’t know if they’re understaffed but Jesus Christ you shouldn’t be putting every single person to park and wait. THE WORST McDonalds we've ever been to. The woman at the drive thru was completely RUDE when we asked for the 4 hash browns that were forgotten. With an incredibly rude attitude she said, "You didn't pay for them." We informed her that we did, we ordered 4 combos, got our drinks from the first window but no hash browns. She repeated with the same nasty attitude "you didn't pay for them". Our amazingly calm friend who was driving then asked "ok can you add them on now and we'll pay for them?" She mumbled what I believed to be "yes" and walked away, assuming to make/get the hash browns. After a very lengthy period of time, Ms. HappyPants brought the hash browns and we were OUT. We would have been just fine without the hash browns as they were hard and looked like they were made a week ago. I'll also add that when we paid with a $100 bill, she took it, closed the window, and walked away. We were like, "Um, are we getting change." After waiting at the first window for a bit, the other woman working there, (who was pleasant and I feel sorry for having to work with Ms. HappyPants), asked if we received our change, to which we told her no. I assume she went to her colleague to find out what's up with the change and then Ms. HappyPants comes out with it and her ever so wonderful 'tude. Imagine being THAT miserable every day of your life?! Smiles are NOT free here! Da da da da daaaaaa...she hatin' it.
