I don't normally leave reviews, so it means something when I do. I come here regularly for a quick soda, and all of the staff I've encountered are hardworking and friendly. Today, however, I felt compelled to share a review about one particular employee. This is for the manager on duty on 01/26/2024 at 9:00 AM. African American male. I'm so sorry that I didn't catch your name and I only saw "manager" on your name tag. As I was pulling up, I saw you outside picking up trash. I thought to myself, what a thankless job; no one ever says thank you for cleaning up their trash and litter, so thank you 🙏🏼 At this point, I didn't know you were a manager because of the safety vest. I pulled around to the drive thru and paid, and when I pulled to the second window to grab my drink, you were there. I thought to myself, wow this guy wears a lot of hats! And then I saw your name tag: Manager. This man deserves a raise. So hardworking and very clearly a team player by jumping in to help his team when needed. And, he was still so positive after having come inside from picking up trash and put a smile on my face. I just wanted to say THANK YOU, you are a rare gem of a manager and I hope you are valued and appreciated for it! The manager of this McDonald's is a complete idiot. They have two lines and they can't even run two lines so they shut down one line and then they put everybody in the parking lot spread out everywhere waiting for their food. It's weird cuz I go to a bunch of McDonald's and this never happens except for here. Fire the manager we're all sick of this!
