Plastic in my burger is all I’m going to say. Stay away from kids meals and hot and spicy. It’s the second time I have a sharp piece of plastic. I could only imagine what would happen to a child.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent order. Despite my request to substitute a chicken patty, I received loose food order in my husbands salad bag hot cake breakfast. Additionally, I was charged for an extra biscuit. I expect my orders to be taken and bagged correctly in the future. This type of service is unacceptable.

Sometimes, when you go late at night, you have a hard time getting help from one of the employees. It's like they hide. You can see them walking around inside there. But they won't come to the window.

The manager was killing flies on the equipment, front counter, registers, tables in the dinning room,and on the back of the booths, many times they are out of toilet paper in the restrooms, or soap to wash your hands (so I guess the mail employees are working with nasty hands with no soap), the dinning room is almost always filthy when they have a specific cleaning lady with a limp who will not clean the restrooms nor will she keep the tables clean or the floor, she spends most of her shift setting down talking to customers or other employees on break. Many times I have been in there in the evening and it is total chaos with 15 to 20 people waiting to pick up their orders. No management.

Realmente nunca e puesto una queja pero fui ahora x un café Carmelo latte caliente large y al cobrarme se equivocaron pusieron frappe caramelo y la persona k estaba atendiendo se molestó quizás y yo amablemente m fije en el recibo k era 4.64 x ay k m cobraron y no estaba pidiendo el reembolso obvio no solo le dije k se equivocó la muchacha k era caliente y m dijo lo k estoy haciendo no es lo suyo super feo fuerte also su voz y m contesto muy feo … así cómo ustedes k trabajan ahí y aveces tienen mal día nosotros k vamos y consumir tamb tenemos pésimos días y no voy a quitar mi enojo con nadie o mis frustraciones con nadie creo k merecemos respeto así cómo ustedes tamb lo merecen luego se quejan k x k otra gente les hablan feo y es x lo mismo dan malas respuestas y la gente les responde feo pa atrás… cuidado y a mal tiempo buena cara….

Line moved very slow and the lady taking orders was rude and couldn’t comprehend a kids meal with extra fries … wouldn’t recommend this location unless you are ready for problems and have lots of time to wait …

Having someone in drive thru taking orders who does not speak clear English and who does not understand clearly English was the first mistake. We had to actually pull up to the first window to complete our order. The french fries were cold and dry. They did not give my husband the correct drink. The double quarter pounder was so soggy and greasy I couldn't eat it. We ended up throwing away the french fries and the double quarter pounder it was a waste of money and our time
