Third time trying this location. I don't understand what is so hard to understand about "extra onions" every time I go, I ask for them. I either get NONE or not even the usual amount. There is even a sticker on the burger saying extra onions!!! This location won't be getting a 4th chance. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Rude drive through employee. I no clue why she was so mad 😐 I just wanted my Big Mac sauce quarter pounder. What did I do. Fries disappointing don’t go at night. However, this McDonald’s is great in the morning and afternoon. Typically very friendly and food always hot! Nighttime? Yea no. Where are the kids who are working hard for their first car. They always make the food good. 1 star at nighttime, 5 during the day. Truly this place is fire during the day. But idk maybe the cashier was not having a good day. Sorry for asking for a quarter pounder with Big Mac sauce I will note I went at 10:50 so I don’t expect like the warmest best food but the vibes from the employee were not it. I really just wanted to be a fatty for one night. I’ll just drive to the Souderton McDonald’s for late night munchies from now on. For my 3X a month McDonald’s run. Yes, I will drive further for a better McDonald’s. However, congrats for this McDonald’s having better managers now. Last time the Souderton McDonald’s comped my food due to bad experience at the Harleysville. They aren’t owned by the same people to my knowledge and the manager at the Souderton acknowledges the not so great Harleysville McDonald’s. Souderton McDonald’s for the win. I've trusted this mcdonalds for over 20 years and it's never been a poor experience. However, when ordering today, I could hear one of the younger employees openly complaining about the order and using foul language while describing me. It was very disappointing. This McDonald's is a great place to get your breakfast in the morning the staff are friendly and nice to you and the food is amazing I come here everyday with my coworkers that we car pool to get my breakfast before I go to my job. They now make you pay for the sauces that used to come with your chicken nuggets. The prices are way too high for fast food. They never give you napkins anymore you have to ask and the service isn't well cared for. However; their sausage and cheese McGriddles are fantastic! Just went to this drive through an hour ago. I ordered a medium fry and an Oreo McFlurry. I come to the second window and am only handed my fries and was told that the McFlurry was never added go my order. It’s a shame because this location is the closest one to my home but the staff seems to be carefree about giving people the correct food.
