Very bad service, I asked for 2 vanilla cones and 2 shakes. The worker took my receipt to view the order because we only received the shakes. The worker crumpled up the receipt and still didn't give us our 2 cones. There were other people that have been waiting for their orders for a long time and we still didn't get our cones. When we tried asking for them, the employees kept ignoring us. One of the workers couldn't read the receipt, either. He kept asking the manager if we ordered the cones or not when it was on the receipt. We finally got our vanilla cones after 10-20 minutes.

If I could I would give it a 0, I just ordered a frappe with some chicken fries and they didn't give me the frappe. Recently my daughter ordered a frappe with Oreo and it didn't have Oreo, she asked for the bread to be without cheese and it came with cheese, so Please, work well, read the order well, they are a disappointment, a few years ago they had efficient staff, not anymore, it is sad that they work to provide such bad service

The manager at this location yells at the employees for DOING THEIR JOBS CORRECTLY in front of customers. Absolutely insane that they allow someone like this man to manage, I feel so bad for the rest of the people working there! Everyone else seems very nice and does their jobs well!

Two strikes, you’re out! Won’t be back! Asked for the featured shamrock blend ice cream with the Oreo cookie mixed in (as pictured at the drive thru) and got cup of plain vanilla ice cream with a tablespoon Oreo on top.
