I was in the drive thru, the women before me was yelling and rude to the employees. When I got up there the staff member was kind and nice. I was impressed how he handled the situation and didn't let that negative interaction effect his day. He was sweet and let me have a McFlurry that was made extra. Thank you to the great staff here!

The people they have working at nite need to be retrained the past 6 times i went there at nite and ordered a iced mocha they gave me milk with chocolate syrup in it and use the wrong cups they dont know what there doing at all. I love this McDonalds but im going to stop going there because my orders r never right and on top of that i ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and a quarter pounder for my friend the nuggets were cold and hard as hell like they been sitting there for hours and my quarter pounder had hair in it and the cheese wasnt even melted . The day time staff is awesome but the nite time ones need to go

Yeah, you know there's a problem with a McDonald's. When you pull up and they eat, you order a fish ballet. And they handed it to you right at the window and you ask him if it takes 5 minutes to cook that and they say oh, you want it fresh, are you freaking kidding me?

Refused my order and wouldn’t give up the managers name or id number. They stole my money and told me to get out of line. The “mananger” should have a formal review of the audio on our recorded call. The lazy woman yelled at me out of her window for waving on three customers. I called corporate and they told me they don’t deal with this and to call a different number. Please resolve prior to unnecessary escalation thanks!

I've never been much of a "fast food person", as I prefer to eat much healthier foods that I buy from a grocery store and prepare myself. In large part, fast food only contributes and promotes obesity and laziness, naturally leading to a laundry list of health problems that ultimately become irreversible unless lifestyle changes are made in time. Don't be a "couch potato" or "pig", instead go take care of yourself and your health and eat right.

Food was hot but worker refused to wait on Me and when I finally got to the counter due to the line, she went to take out orders. That made me feel less than. Have someone designated to do that. Not front counter. People have been waiting all that time and for her to leave when I got to the counter made me very frustrated.

Clean store! Front counter help was a bit off her manners. After I thanked her twice. Her replies "yep" and "uh huh". So fast food employers need to get a handle on their employees. Now that they are making a MORE THAN FAIR wage, it's time to straighten up and act right!

I went through the drive thru sat 8/12 9:32 pm , I was asked to hold and I waited about 5 minutes, 2 cars at the window, so the person comes back on and just says “order when you’re ready” so I asked if I could add a code and he rudely said “a what” and I said “a code” his whole demeanor was condescending, so then he said what’s the code, so I gave the code and i proceeded to place my order, as I’m ordering he stopped me and again rudely said “can you hold on I’m trying to catch up to you” I wasn’t ordering anything crazy or fast, but I waited, then when I was done he asked “anything else” and I said no that’ll be all and he just said “second window” no total - nothing, this was one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve ever had, when I got to the window he was not the one to greet me, he just hung out in the background staring at me, it was a young Caucasian guy with long hair, the person at the window was so great and because of him I decided not to say anything then and there, but I got home and I checked my points and he DID NOT ADD MY CODE! I called the store and asked to speak to the manager on duty because this customer service is a representation of him and I got Chris on the phone, he didn’t seem to care, he loosely apologized and said he would speak to his employee. No resolution for my code, no concern for the way people are being treated. I will definitely not come back during the night shift!
