This fast food offers you nice food and a place to rest after a long walk around Deeley Motorcycle Exhibition. If hungry, come here for tasty fish, double cheeseburgers and chicken. Visitors don't highly appreciate muffins and coffee at McDonald's. It's easy to find this place due to the great location. The staff is said to be efficient here. A lot of people say that the service is prompt. The enjoyable atmosphere will be a good addition to nice food and excellent location of this spot. But this fast food hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

3 cars in front of me and it took more than 10 minutes to get my food. Ordered a cheeseburger and Big Mac meal with LARGE fries but sadly that was not what was in the bag when I got home. 18 years of going to fast food restaurants and I’m still not checking the bag before I leave the lot? That might be one me but I shouldn’t have to be your quality/quantity control employee. I have my own job. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Telling me my food will take a extra 3 minutes because they cooking it is once thing but telling me that then serving me coke food right after saying that isn’t acceptable. A lot of McDonald’s in the east Vancouver area not up to standards. The manager and the team at this McDonald’s is amazing. They listened and understood and offered to replace my meal. The manager even took the time to call me and allowed me to pick up my meal today. My kids are so happy to have gotten the golden nugget from the Kerwin Frost meal. Thank you so much! Slow clap for this location Food is typical for McDonald's. Service, we'll this location is horrible, everytime I come here I get told to park and wait for my order. A fry burger and a pop. How sad it is that they cannot have enough food ready to go. I understand that demand is higher at certain times but 25 minutes from order to getting food is ridiculous. And when you refuse to be parked you get even worse service because now you are going against the normal, it's a drive thru and I should have to pull over and wait. While I sat and waited for my order 6 to 7 vehicles were parked so they can make their time for drive thru. Truly terrible management for thinking this is acceptable to treat customers like this. After receiving my order my fry level is laughable. Ordered junior McChicken extra mayo and received my mcchicken with no mayo How do you mess that up. Completely unacceptable. Corporate McDonald's needs to review this location and it's management for customer service and drive thru operations. We decided to eat here at 3am in the morning , I ordered a double quarter cheese no onion no pickles , ( burger was correctly made) however , fries were old , stale and chewy , the oil used tasted like it was never cleaned/ replaced for weeks , my wife's 10 piece nuggets was not edible. it was rock hard , and looks like its been sitting for hours. I also asked politely for 2 mayo and ketchup and did not receive them. These are important to me as a customer , the quality of food was terrible . do better , i normally leave things alone , but our food was not edible and we paid 30$ up to expect good food and instead we had thrown most of it in the garbage. Update one year later: Came here a year later for a mc rib and they didn't have them, so I ordered their spicy mc crispy instead, waited for a long time (also ordered 4 JC) and man that spicy mccrispy was the worst burger from mcdy I've ever had, so dry... so so dry.... it made me literally shed a tear. It is 1:28am and I am thoroughly disappointed. Do better mc dons, do better. Ps: my dog mocha won't even touch it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The best McDonald’s in all of Vancouver. Every other McDonald’s around has never got my order correct. This is the only location that has got every order correct everytime !! Great job guys , hats off to your team. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
