This McDonald's used to be the best one in town until the remodeling.... Now it's a soulless mess. Food tastes burnt, the nuggets taste dry overall... Very dissatisfied. Terrible. The food was cold when we got it, and some of the burgers were undercooked, and the staff was very rude. How could a place like this have uncooked burgers when the patties are so thin and only take a few minutes to cook. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

Unfortunately, I have to give McDonald's a one-star review because it's obvious we, the consumers, are being cheated by them. The food here is no longer an option for me. I remember growing up and loving to eat at McDonald's. Not anymore. In fact, I'm afraid to eat at any of their locations now. Have you seen how paper thin their burgers are, regular and doable? What an insult on one's intelligence. A burger isn't a real burger anymore. They offer no value for the overpriced food, and I honestly don't know if I'm eating real meat any longer. Therefore, I will no longer support McDonald's and their water down food. I do not trust eating their food anymore. Goodbye dishonest brand. Okay that’s it. I’ve had enough. I tried time and time again and it’s just not working out. Problems: ridiculous amount of time it takes to order at the counter, the broken self service kiosks, employees complaining about working (even if they just got there), way too much playing going on with the employees, always out of stock of something, and then take the cake today when I couldn’t even use the drive thru because that’s also your loading zone? Are you all serious? The amount of incidents that almost occurred due to this was crazy. And I watched from a parking spot the whole ordeal so I’d live for someone to negate what I clearly saw and heard. Then an employee walks out and spots right in front of the restaurant. Please address this mess. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This particular McDonald's have SERIOUS staffing issues! After waiting 5 mins BEFORE I was actually acknowledged that I was at the counter, I waited ANOTHER 5 mins before someone finally took my order. The cashier had a VERY BAD ATTITUDE towards all the customers, like we're disturbing her and she didn't want to be there. There were 4 customers waiting on line to pay and order. We were told that we had to place our orders at the kiosk. I told them I was paying cash and needed a special order. THEN we waited ANOTHER 7 mins before our orders were made. It seems like their priority is with the Uber Eats customers rather than the customers who actually came to the store! The food was ok but was spoiled by the VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! 👎 I have a 30 min break on my bus route and this is at the end of the line. I will ONLY go in if I really have to! One last thing. Since the renovation inside, it's been horrible! Can't see ANYONE and how the food is being prepared and they took out the self serve soda machines! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food quality is good. Service is a hit or miss. This location, unfortunately, is notorious for tow companies picking up cars from their parking lot simply for parking there and visiting another business first. Their lot is much bigger, so when other nearby ones are full, sometimes the parking overflows into their lot. But buying food first to then go shopping doesn't make sense. Most people finish their shopping and want to grab a bite to eat at the end or take to go home. The tow company they use is predatory and have ignorant employees as they don't even check to see if someone is in the car before attempting to tow it. They almost towed my car with a passenger still inside because in a rush to make money, they didn't even check to see if anyone was in the car. Luckily for them, I arrived on time and stopped them from moving my car out as it was already jacked up. My gf finally got out of the car when she felt the car get picked up, and thats when they knew they messed up. If they had rolled off with her still inside... that's kidnapping. I would have happily sued McDonald's and the tow company. You should welcome visitors, even those that shop around, because it's those same local people that also stop at your McDonald's. You are gonna keep losing local customers as 300-400 tow fees scar people for a lifetime. Plus, I've seen your parking lot just sit there empty as most people use drive-thru anyway. 1st of I’d like to remind everyone whom work at this place this is America we speak English here I came to place a order one day and the cashier rudely pointed to his co-worker sayin “English English “ pointing at me in a disrespectful manner not only did he still get my order wrong it took forever to get my order they treat customers on the inside as if drive thru is the only place that matter there 5 mins to place a order is so unprofessional I come again the next day just to find a pc of hair in my fries I was mortified because all the staff had no hair nets not only that they are wearing gloves touching money and good… very unsanitized restaurant…. I took photo of the fries with hair wrapped around it circled in red also a photo of employees without hairnets Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

came in at 10 tried to go into the dining room but they claimed they are “closed” but their times says dining hours 11 pm, this happens almost everytime i come here after work. There’s literally people inside dining. so why i can’t go inside is really weird to me. it’s 10:25pm as of right now. This ridiculous if you’re closing the dining room at 10 then advertise that on your signs. never coming back here again. literally a waste of my time. Then the staff ignores those at the door like at least tell us you’re not going let them in. i will leave a bad review on them daily.
