McDonald's is pretty near Ocean City Beach. Nothing can be better than trying good chicken sandwiches. At this fast food, guests may order good iced coffee, milkshakes or lemonade. Clients don't highly appreciate biscuits at McDonald's. This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. The atmosphere of this place is quiet. But a number of people who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

staff is poorly trained, and the manager is awful. the food is pretty average for mcdonalds, they gave me extra fries which was great!! but the bathroom is disgusting, only one out of four stalls is available, but they’re not even marked as out of order. the trashcans in the bathroom are broken. out of two soap dispensers both are broken. there are no hand driers OR paper towels and the water is FREEZING. Mcdonalds is just overpriced for what you get anymore, and its greasier than usual. At this one, you always have to wait for your order. I appreciate that its fresh but its slow food. It's pretty much worth it to take out at your local family owned breakfast spot. Order ahead and pick up. Ordered from the kiosk. Took longer to order than if I used an employee. Ordered chick nuggets and there was only one choice for sauce and not the one I wanted. Kiosk gives you a table tent so food is brought to the table. Food was never delivered. Found it at the service counter. The manager needs to get a better understanding of execution, how to lead a team and needs a sense of urgency. We waited 15 minutes for food for two people. Fries were stale, we asked for a new order and they were overcooked. We asked the manager to have someone wipe down the tables as every table was filthy and that took ten minutes before someone came. We ended up clearing and cleaning our own table. The male employee they sent to wipe off the table followed his manager's lead - why work hard when the manager does not? He literally wiped off the tables, noticed the trash was full but strategically figure out how much each trashcan could hold before overflowing so he didn't have to change the FOUR VERY FULL TRASH CANS. And wiping off the counter, too much to ask. This is a poor representation of McDonald's. I have never had this experience before at any location. I lived in OCNJ thirty plus years ago and it was one of the cleanest locations now it's a dump ran by managers who have little invested in their success and pride in what they do.

Ordered on app. Quickly went through the drive thru. Employee was speaking so quickly, I could bearly understand her. Had to wait to get our food, then our order was messed up. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the employees were accually friendly despite the mess up. What was meant to be a quick pick up, wound up taking a long time. Great clean atmosphere. Food was standard, but after ordering mobile my order was placed behind the counter and not on the mobile pickup shelf. I saw several other orders get placed there and picked up before I asked someone at the counter where my order was, and then they gave it to me. It was colder because I was only looking at the mobile order pickup shelf, and for some reason the staff never placed it there. I would give 0 stars if I could. This restaurant was filthy and there was dirty water leaking from the ceiling above the soda fountain. The other soda fountain was out of order and there wasn't a clean table to be found. The restaurant wasn't even busy when we were there. They were out of the chicken strips that we wanted, and the food that we did get was sloppy and tasted off. The fruit in our parfaits was frozen solid. In general, the restaurant was out-of-date and worn down. Clearly, the owner of this franchise is not putting any money back into the restaurant. The entire place should probably be demolished and a new one put in its place. I would only return if it was the only place open in all of New Jersey and I hadn't eaten in a week.

So I rarely give 5 stars if you've ever seen my posts. This team is managed very well. It's very clean and the food was actually hot and as always the best fries hands down. My only disappointment was that the fries are thinner then they use to be, but with saying that I understand the costs of food these days so no loss points for that. I worked in hospitality for many years ages ago so I get it. But the manager here keeps everything flowing and the staff works very hard.
