I was the first car when they opened 12/26. I asked for a #2 meal. My drink was a medium mocha frappe no whip cream. I get to the window and the lady on the register ask what was my meal again. I repeated it. The lady that was preparing the orders brings my meal and then my frappe. She brings back a caramel frappe. I informed her that this was wrong. I got the most disturbing look as if I was wrong. The ice was not fully crushed and my hasbrown was cold and greasy. I usually don't have any problems. This was one of my favorite McDonald's.
