Ordered 2 bundle boxes, they left out all 4 burgers. They had kids running around in the restaurant yelling and screaming. Very annoying Fries were cold and soggy, it wasn’t even busy. Just normal, and they still forgot half my food. I paid $50 for the bundle boxes… Very disappointed in the service. At 11:30pm me and my daughter came here for some food there was no one in line I ordered a number 1 and my daughter ordered a happy meal they gave my baby girl old fries and my big Mac patties where dried out and the lettuce was brown I said to the lady at the window could she at least make my daughter's meal fresh she said ok then i could over hear the person cooking complaining about having to make fresh food this was extremely unprofessional 2 years ago it used to be workers in there 50's and 60's they actually took pride in making the food right but whoever was in charge got rid of them now its all young people who can care less that was a big big mistake I spent my hard earned money and received horrible food Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Chicken Mcnuggets

The manager jerry that was working at 5:00pm on 1/8/24 was very rude and mocked me and his crew gave me and my kids cold food and got a attitude when I asked for fresh food and one of my large fries that I paid for was a small. Had a horrendous experience As someone who eats kosher/halal. I warn other muslim and Jewish patrons that the workers here will replace ingredients within your sandwiches (maybe by accident / maybe on purpose) When given a chance to rectify the situation the manager showed zero empathy and wanted me to drive back.... nobody has time to drive back after getting home. No refund was issued (mcdonalds corporate was informed) Charge back will be issued Corperate escalation to mcdonalds was completed. Once in a while, I like to have a little fast. Food and McDonald's is okay. Sometimes a few things I order. I love the chicken nuggets, double cheeseburgers, small fry, sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin.

I ordered a quarter pound of cheese meal they gave me a quarter pounder with no cheese and the fries were cold they also serve me how old apple pie I will never step foot in this McDonald’s again. I kind of feel like I got bad quality food because I’m black and I don’t want to think like that but I feel like that in the end smh .
