Floors are filthy, I should of known better. No one at counter taking orders cause they are short staffed. Ordered at kiosk and took 30 mins to get food, I wanted refund but no one ever came to counter Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Rude rude rude! We chose to eat breakfast here this morning, and I really wish we'd chosen somewhere else. We waited forever for someone to come take our order and finally decided to use the kiosk. After paying, it briefly flashed an order number on screen but no receipt came out. We mentioned that to the manager, she just barked at us that the kiosk doesn't give receipts. No problem, we had entered the table number and it said it would be brought to our table. After a while, the rude manager yelled out an order number. I thought, but wasn't sure, that the order number was what I had briefly seen on the kiosk, so I asked if that was for table number 26? She rolled her eyes and dropped the bag (even though we had ordered for there) and our drinks on the counter and walked away. I went over to look and saw that it was our food, and the receipt included with it was for our table number, so I took the food to the table, even though they were supposed to bring it to us, and went to get my own drink (mine was a fountain drink, while theirs were coffees). Then after I sat down, we realized we had not gotten any of the hash browns that our meals should have come with. I went back to the counter and told them we had not gotten them. Another employee (the one I'm calling manager was in a blue shirt, this one was in a brown shirt, not sure if I'm giving the proper titles here) then asked me what we had ordered. I told her, so she snatched up the hash browns, tossed them into a bag, and practically threw the bag at me. I told her "There's no need to get mad about it." She scowled at me and said "I'm not mad." I shrugged and said "Ok", then took the hashbrowns back to the table. Half of our food was cold, the rest was warm, and my McGriddles was great, but the service, and especially the attitudes of the employees, is terrible. I definitely recommend spending your hard-earned money elsewhere. Anywhere else but here. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was missing from my order. The staff called me a liar, and things I won't repeat here. The quality of service at this location has been declining for years, and this was the last straw.
