In accordance with the visitors' opinions, waiters offer nicely cooked hamburgers and good cheeseburgers here. You will be offered good iced coffee. Clients don't highly appreciate ice cream at this fast food. A lot of guests mention that employees are accommodating at this place. Usually don’t like to leave reviews but this place is just so terrible it’s hard not to. It doesn’t matter how small your order is, they absolutely will screw it up. Food is literally thrown together and grease will be soaking in the boxes and bag. It doesn’t matter how many chances I give this McDonald’s, I’d literally rather drive to the one 10 minutes out of my way than go here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have a dairy allergy and ordered a bacon double quarter pounder with no cheese. I ordered it at the kiosk in the store got my food and left. Got back to my work and saw it had cheese on it, no big deal went back to have it remade with no cheese. She assured me at the register that it was all set and apologized for the inconvenience. Get back to work, and yet again still had cheese. I went back to this McDonald’s yet again to have it made correctly. After about 15 minutes of waiting they finally had it remade AGAIN, FOR THE 3rd TIME and it STILL WASNT RIGHT! It had no cheese this time but it didn’t come with the bacon it was supposed to. This has happened on multiple occasions, and just the fact of having to make 3 trips to get a burger fixed and still not have it right is absolutely ridiculous and was the final straw. Never going to this place again. HIGHLY HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND this location. I’ve personally never left a google review for anything, but this McDonald’s location was by far the worst I’ve ever been to. I usually never post reviews of any kind, but I do think this was warranted. I ordered a milkshake and the lid for what I'm assuming for the chocolate sauce or something was IN my milkshake. Love McDonald's...what more is there to add but this one is definitely more about drive up window service. I can't tell you how many times I have driven away due to a long line. The in house service is very much a second thought...you have to clap your hands or whistle to let them know you are there...They want you to do everything through their app or self-service. Horrible really. I still love McDonald's but this becomes intolerable. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

This location is perfect!, right in the middle of Scarborough. The food is usually decent and fresh but I have food allergies and every time I order a burger with "no cheese," I end up with cheese on it! Almost EVERY time!! Err!! Super frustrating. It's yellow cheese too which is nasty imo. Tip- if you are a cheese eater, ask to switch your meal to have "white" cheese" instead of the yellow stuff they usually use. When I could eat cheese, I liked the white better, they have it! Ask em!! Edit: & what's up with no leaf lettuce for like 2 years now? Leaf lettuce goes on a burger, not shredded lettuce!😆

The manager at this location was super helpful! He confirmed they have the Halloween buckets and he even gave us extra handles for some friends who ordered Happy meals at lunch and whose buckets came without handles! I appreciate the staff working so hard to satisfy the Friday night dinner rush and being kind as well.

Terrible. I actually sat in the parking lot to fill out a complaint. I had to wait a very long time for a basic order. When the runner brought the food out, he didn't know if it was my order or not (there were 3 others waiting). I looked in the bag and immediately saw nearly all my fries had been just dumped into the bag. It's almost like they put the fry carton in upside down. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. But, I've had enough! I paid over $13 for a bland burger and dumped out fries. Very frustrating. Ordered a simple 2 meal order. Drive through person was rude AF to start with and when I got my meal, it looks as though they just POURED a half cup of GREASE into the bag where both bag and box was saturated. Completely disgusting.

I ordered a double quarter bacon cheeseburguer and put bigmac. That’s two dollar difference. Last time you forgot to give me an apple pie when I had ordered two. Maybe starting next time I will double check all my orders before leaving the drive through. Food: 4 Service: 5
