After enjoying Grants Pass Caveman, visit this fast food that is not far away. The cooks here prepare tasty cheeseburgers and good hamburgers. Nothing can be better than ordering good ice cream and nicely cooked biscuits. McDonald's offers good coffee among its drinks. From the guests' viewpoint, the staff is unprofessional here. Most visitors note that the service is cool. The peaceful atmosphere will be exactly just what you need after a long working day. But this place is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

They screwed up my burger and when I drove all the way back for them to correct it, they gave me the most disgusting excuse for a cheeseburger with an uncooked patty and old tomatoes. I will NEVER go to this place again. Awful customer service and even worse food. Don’t waste your money here. My wife and I couldn't help to notice that we spent 35 dollars at a nice restaurant downtown Grant's pass. Very high quality food. On a plate with a glass, real silverware and service. We when to McDonald's and spent almost 29 dollars for very piss poor food. It was thrown together with ketchup running down the outside of one side of the bun. We had to pull over and wait for are 3 burgers. THATS NOT A DRIVE THREW. I felt like I just got mud. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Jackass refused to let me use the bathroom because I had a laptop bag. He quoted some corporate policy which is NOT. ...since then the Dbags are now harassing me me on the street... I Am very disappointed because every McDonald In the United States have Refill in all Drinks to be honest I don’t know what happens with Grants Pass Oregon , I want more Soda like Coca Cola , I have to pay for it again is very desrespectful . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The egg McMuffin and the breakfast burritos were very good, fresh, and very affordable. You get a deal on the second breakfast burrito. The latte was also very good and the second shot cheap, unlike the xtra shots at coffee shops. I can get my McMuffin without meat, just wish they had sausage free breakfast burritos. Staff sweet and place was clean. I also liked that the staff taking the $$, stayed at the register. I got the Mc chicken buy one get one for a dollar. They were hot n juicy. Perfectly crunchy. Just enough mayo and lettuce. Great service too. I miss the dollar menu. This North Grants Pass McDonald's has really fast drive through service! There's more order places to put in your order. Because there are more windows to pickup your food they tell you which one to go to so you never have to wait behind another car. Food is always fresh at McDonald's.
