Used the drive through after the noon rush and the employees were quick and efficient with taking my order, payment, and food pickup. The person taking my order on the intercom was clear and coherent, did everything excellent. I’m giving 4 stars because my medium fry was more like a small fry in a medium container. It’s not the first time they under serve the fries at this location and others, I guess pretty much it’s their new norm. Picture is before eating, I put pepper and when I shook it to disperse the pepper the fries just settled down lower. They were fresh fries though so I had that going. picking between wattaburrger, taco bell and mcdonals we went to mcdonals in nolana, worst service ever, 3 to 5 minutes to get a just a coke they took the burgers and they forgot the cokes around 8 people working there and nobody ask you if needed something with clients standing in front of the desk by the time we stand up to get our cokes the food was already cold....,the floor and tables were very dirty and the most important of all, the fries were almost burn those are not mcdonals signature fries... Came to the drive through literally 15-20 minutes ago to pick up an online order. I was then told I couldn't pick it up even though the cashier asked for me mobile code to get it ready. What a joke, man. Order somewhere else, folks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worse management ever! Called back after an error on my order manager proceeded to claim it was my fault I responded no!! It's the managers job to make sure the employees are doing their job right! Customers are paying $5 for a happy meal for them just to give you a dollar burger instead of nuggets! I came here to order a bundle to take home to feed a few grandkids. It was spicy chicken, I asked for regular chicken and was told that they do not substitute. Just a coaching to the manager Maritza, you dont make the customer feel stupid, especially when you were the one that was lost and didnt know how to do their job, you dont say “I dont know” and send me on my merry way. Next time try to figure out the situation to help the customer as your very well equipped employee did. He actually did his Job and found my lost order unlike yourself sending me to another location when it was your location with my order. McDonalds your app needs to do better and coach your managers this isnt the first time a regular employee helped more than your managers on duty.

I stopped going to this McDonald’s a few years back because they would always mess up the orders. Gave it a try again recently and i was horrified. I ordered a double quarter pounder and some chicken nuggets. They forgot a patty and the chicken nuggets were raw and the cherry on top they gave me some kind of drink that tasted like dirt. Good thing I was able to see them before my cousins ate it. I would rather go farther and save medical bills. Something is wrong with this specific McDonald’s.
