For some reason I LOVE this McDonald’s. I ordered kids meal and a couple burgers. I waited probably 20 minutes as the cashiers unplugged and restarted the whole McDonald’s. Workers are awesome and I have never had such a blast while getting the completely wrong meal two times in a row. Definitely coming back. Food was definitely above average. Salty fries and a delicious burger. Service has definitely improved, and there is a wonderful lady that brings out your food if you have to wait. I am always at a McDonald’s location somewhere in the city when I want fast food This particular location is interesting. I ordered on the mobile app. Got to the window after waiting almost 10 mins in line, was told I had to drive around get out of my car and come in. Asked for salt and ketchup- was told they out of both. Left. Restaurant checked order was wrong and cold. Was off to a meeting and didn’t have time to return anything. Its been years since I last visited this location. It’s the only location close to the Tanger outlet area. Save your money and go to Dorchester road location. It would be faster to raise the cow or chicken then make your own food then wait on them. And IF you get the order fast, the buns will be hard, and the order will be wrong. Employees work about as hard as the ice cream machine, so not at all Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Drive thru does not seem to be equipped enough to handle the customer flow. They do not acknowledge you when you drive up and It takes too long for them to take your order making you wonder if they know a car is waiting. Food was fantastic but they were missing a lot of items. Guess I just came on a bad day, they forgot to give me my drink but got it to me after I had to ask. Place is dirty. Employees are rude. Was told I had to use the kiosk because and didn't want to help me. They forgot half my order then was mad when I asked for it. Burger was missing half the meat. I came him late after lunch, not too busy which was appreciated, the food was not hot at all. Barely warm. I asked for ranch at the ordering side and they never stated they were out.. got to the window, paid, still never said anything. Got to get my food (I’m assuming they don’t think people check their bags) no ranch.. asked for ranch “oh we ain’t got no ranch” what.. I literally don’t even want this anymore.. the look he gave me… like I cursed him out or ruined his day. Poor employee and customer skills. Disgusting human being.
