What a joke. Treated like the one of the Pueblo zombies out back of the place because I was dressed comfortable. Don’t go here!! Had a long hair in my fries! 🤮 When I pulled up to get a refund everyone had their hair down and over their shoulders. Make sense why I got hair in my food. Waited for a refund for 15 mins Just for them to give me food when I asked for a refund. Then an employee walked over had her hair out over her shoulder with a hood on waiting at the window on her phone instead of doing her job. Asked for a refund again, they only partially refunded me when I gave back all the food!!? Avoid ⚠️ save your money and go to Dairy Queen instead. Seriously will not go to this one again... very rude, poor costumer service, my food had literally one dot of mustard and that's it we ordered drinks thinking we could get ourselves but they changed it and we waiting 30 min for a tea till I finally changed my mind... Manager is extremely nice (Melissa) but clerk working front counter, she had issues. Very impolite when I asked a question about my rewards and order... I asked for dine in and she made it to go. She was rude to the customer before me who had been waiting for 10 minutes to place their order. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Service is good..but y'all really gotta control the people lingering in the drive thru hounding you for money..happens Everytime and it makes me not want to go back..nothing worse than getting cussed out by someone because you domt wana go to the ATM to give them money

Today I decided to go to the drive-thru, I ordered a triple cheeseburger, spicy chicken sandwich deluxe, and a Double Quarter Pounder combo meal large. Sadly, I found out that they do not serve any chicken sandwiches after 10 p.m. I also requested everything cooked fresh, normally they put everything I ordered on the screen with a tag saying "cook to order" or something along that phrase, but not this time. The person talking my order said the McDonald's cooks everything fresh and left the conversation at that. I finished placing my order at 11:18 p.m. and received my food at 11:27 p.m. This is not a bad amount of time to wait, I have waited twice as long before. As for the food, the french fries were not fresh but they also were not old. The double quarter Pounder was good. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1

Customer service is a thing of the past here, if you enter the lobby all you will see is angry faces of customers waiting for any type of acknowledgement. The only thing this store cares about is the drive thru and even then it's Hurry up and get the hell out of here, Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Now I remember why I quit coming to this mcdonalds! Drive thru requires you to pull over and wait for your food, regardless if they are busy or not. So frustrating 😫
