Nicely cooked chicken may be what you need. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, coffee is delicious. The only thing that disappoints when you visit this fast food is the cool staff. Fine service is something visitors like here. The atmosphere is spectacular, as people find it. But google users rated McDonald's and it didn't achieve a high rating.

Went through drive-through ordered a simple breakfast burrito and a small orange juice. I was told to pull forward waiting for over 15 minutes. Still nobody came out with my food. I ended up just leaving so it cost me six dollars to sit in the parking lot for what ended up in 20 minutes - HORRIBLE Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Service: 1

This location just put in an AI drive through attendant and It cannot understand English. The big problem is it doesn’t even know what’s on its menu and got my order wrong. McDonalds, please test your machines before you put them in place and ruin service! If I wanted a company to get my order wrong and leave me disappointed I would have went to Chic fil a… I rely upon McDonald’s for consistency and this AI attendant needs to be removed until they get it to work right. Posting as a dasher - I've had the same experience at every McDonald's in town basically. So I'll give them points for consistency. There is basically no communication that happens. They set orders on a designated shelf for dashes and walk away. There are a small handful of times and employees actually proactively engaged me. Which I'm fine with. But would like if they see people standing there, they verify the order they are setting up there is going to the correct person. Service: 4

Staff were rude. Kids working at the store were cussing and refusing to take orders. Purposely forgetting items and switching up orders. Had one employee say you forgot their ice coffee and the staff responded oh well they will come back. This seems to be a trend at this location. Poor service and poor management. Pulled in drive thru today. Had me and other cars pull up and park. I waited 20 min for a reg hamburger and a coke. They gave me a cherry coke or what ever you call it. I couldnt drink it.I drink reg coke. First time ever that happened. They need to get it togeather. People were pissed off. And i stress this.... was not busy , 2 cars were in drive thru. I went through the drive through and got a McGriddle and a coke, and was charged someone else’s order of $66 dollars. I was told I was refunded, but was instead charged an additional $66 dollars. The manager struggled to understand me after going back to solve this, then told me the refund takes 24-48 hours and I would have to come back Monday. worst McDonalds experience I've had in a long time. There were 4 of us waiting in Lobby, i waited 25 minutes for a happy meal. the guy standing beside me was waiting for 40 pc. nugg for 30+ minutes before walking out empty handed. I keep kosher, but we had walked from Iowa to Nebraska, with my big sis and nephew. They had kosher sports drinks. I don't normally walk into a non-Kosher restaurant, but it was the only spot, AND THEY HAD KOSHER ELECTROLYTES! 🤣🙏

Terrible service, waited for about 20 minutes for my food to be brought out so by the time we got home it was already luke-warm at best. Checking the bags, over half my order was missing and when I called the manager they said that they wouldn't offer a refund, I would have to drive back to get to get the missing food.
