Typical of terrible service each time I’ve visited. I’ve started doing mobile orders just because I hate dealing with the people there. Well this will be the last time i come to this lace or recommend it no noone Service it's horrible I try giving this place so many chances but every single time they get even worse came in today for 2 regards and they didn't wanna give me what I had and they wanted to charge me for something else this place needs a new manager and a better service and training for there employees will (NOT) come back.... Had lunch with my wife after church before we went to a movie. I had enough rewards points to get a free BigMac. I ordered my food on their app. The food was served hot and quickly. It's McDonald's...so I guess I can't really expect too much. The food was alright. The fries were actually great... typically they're fried too long, which makes them too hard for my taste. But this time, it was cooked to perfection! The service was just terrible 😞. The drive thru person taking my order was rude and seemed annoyed that he had take customers orders. Then the drive thru person at the window seemed so rushed that she practically threw my order at me. Like I said....it's McDonald's, I can't expect too much. MY FRIEND ORDERED THROUGH DOOR DASH TODAY AND THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER!! SAID "THEY OUT OF STOCK" SHE ORDERED A BASKET OF FRIES AND 2 DOUBLE CHEESEBUGERS. Horrible customer service given by Darron!!! I was there to pick up an Uber order I waited a little bit for the order which I’m ok with finally a young lady asked me for the order number I give it to her and she goes and makes the order for me and hands me the two bags I say thank you and so does she and I leave I’m verifying the order in my car and realize the order numbers don’t match so I go back inside and at this time there’s someone else picking up the order that was given to me and Darron and the young lady were a bit confused Darron sees me and points at my bags and the young lady asks me for the order number again and realizes she have me the wrong order and hands me the correct bag and they proceed to give the bags I had taken out the restaurant and give them to the other driver( I don’t think he should have gave the driver the bags i took out the restaurant and brought back as a customer I would not be ok with my order being handed to someone and then brought back and given to me) as I was starting to walk out I was a little bothered that there was not any kind of apology so I say “not even an I’m sorry for the mistake” Darron took it so defensively and said “I DONT NEEED TO APOLOGIZE I DONT WORK FOR YOU” that’s your job to verify the order I understand and I did that’s why I came back but at least a simple I’m sorry for the confusion would have been enough and I would have been on my way. Horrible service even if I’m not the direct customer at the end of the day it’s someone’s order all I was doing was delivering the order. Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Service: 1

Do I really need to explain why McDonald's is Mid ? Okay. Exploitative Corp and it shows through the service you get half the time from literally ANY location from the employees (not all their fault ) who always seem like they're not fully there and if they are that they do not want to be. The ones who do treat it like a profession , are the ones who are stingy with the sauce... like they paid for it or it's coming out of their check or something. Ice cream machine is either always broken or they just don't want to clean it. Bread is something straight out of a Fisher Price play set . Despite all that ... the LINES !! But it's not the patrons' fault that they're addicted to basic , mid, cardboard matrix simulation playdough "it's fun to play with, not to eat" , hope you weren't planning on living a long time , 🗑. I get my kids ice cream every week on DoorDash. Order 3 sundaes. Every time, without fail, they send 1. Order again to get the other 2, they send 1. The most brain dead, lazy, and stupid staff imaginable that they can’t count to 3 or even recognize a repeat customer trying to get forgotten items delivered. Do not recommend this place. Usually this place is great, but I was not given my sons 10 piece and they basically accused me of lying even after I told them they could check our table. Where the manager, or woman who thinks she is the manager told me I know I put the nuggets on the bag and looked me dead in the eye and repeated I know I put them in there as she tossed a bag to me with the food.
