I wish I can give them no stars or at least half a star because the service here is ridiculous. You can tell that none of the employees want to be here. They absolutely hate their job and hate having to serve people. The energy is just absolutely awful. The food is wrapped with no care at all, The food is always so sloppy made. It's a nightmare when they make a mistake and you have to go back to have your order fixed. I've been to a lot of McDonald's and most of them have been poor customer service but this one's the absolute worst.

Went through drive through and was moved to Window 2. 3 orders behind us passed, and we figure, at least the food will be fresh. The bagel sandwich came out cold, cheese wasn’t even partially melted, and the sorriest piece of ham (maybe bacon, couldn’t even tell) you’ve ever seen. Yeah, no thanks..

Opening day and staff obviously didn’t want to be there. Too bad really for first impression
Escalon McDonald’s strikes again. When this McDonald’s messes up your order be prepared for it to be made known that it was your fault and not theirs. Very condescending staff.
