It was one of the best meals we've ever had in Istanbul. The meat was succulent and so tender it could be ripped apart by hand. Accompanied by the sauces provided and the seasoning, expect to have one of, if not the best, smoked meat experiences too. All drinks are complementary with unlimited sauces and rice. It is a brilliant concept, and I would definitely return and recommend it to all! If you like smoked meat, this is the place! You order the meat at the counter and then they being the meat with an extensive set of typically Turkish and Mediterranean side dishes We had the Shortribs and it made me happy. We loved that the place only has one menu and you know what you will get coming here. The meat was superb - falling off the bone kinda tenderness. We got served very quickly. Only drawback is that the eating area is quite tight and they bring the food to us on a big tray so can easily bump into each other.
