Went in to celebrate their 9th birthday. Was handed a bracelet to control over crowding. Found seats at the bar and for 20 minutes we waited for a bartender to acknowledge us with eye contact or a hello. Nothing. We trying waving, saying hello, but still nothing. All set with this place. We left without any acknowledgment we were ever there. Service is terrible, not just on a busier than normal day. It’s to bad. Was a fun spot.

I love the beer, to food from Taco Gato is amazing. Just avoid the live music. It's unbelievably loud for how small the seating area is. You can't order, you can't talk to anyone, all you can do is listen to the blaring music. To be clear, I LOVE live music. But I really cannot fathom who thinks that it needs to be THAT loud. I'm shocked that management allows it to happen. When I was there on Friday, I resorted to just texting my orders. I didn't go to a concert, I went to a brewery.

Medusa is a great place to hang with friends, enjoy awesome beer, great live music, and also a sweet place to perform if you're a musician!

Will have to try this again another time. Felt pretty ignored by the bartender and my milk stout fell kinda flat. The Taco Gato partnership worked great and our pretzel was delicious. Bartender who came in as we were leaving was much better but a bit too late. Another time I guess.

Yes to everything here. All staff are professional, efficient, kind, respectful and so much fun! They hold very good events and fund raisers for progressive causes. They host fun theme nights and always come up with ways to include the community! They shake up their menu with different options. Everything I've had so far is delicious. Awesome tacos! For drinks I usually get The Duchovny with a shot of raspberry, or their Fizzy Cat hard seltzers. Plenty of selection for all different tastes. Supposedly they're doing a Magnum PI theme night some time in November 2023...👨🏽 Check them out if you haven't already!

The atmosphere is lovely. The Save the Queen is one of my favorite milk stouts hands down. The brisket tacos were so good, they disappeared almost instantly. Adding Medusa to places to visit every trip, we're from New York and plan on returning.

Spent a couple hours here for food and a few drinks. It wasn’t crowded the Friday afternoon we went. The tacos were decent, I enjoyed the barbacoa taco more than the chicken. The chips that came with the guacamole were very thick and difficult to chew, wasn’t very pleasant. The beers were good, good atmosphere and friendly staff. It wasn’t until after we left we saw the outdoor beer garden around back!

The Beer Garden was an awesome surprise! We wanted a place for lunch and happened upon the bier garden to be pleasantly surprised by the selection and food! The beer is very good and the outside venue on a nice day can't be beat. My wife is not a big beer fan and the pink seltzer was a good fit there and we enjoyed brisket tacos and the spicy cauliflower veggie selection with some chips. A steady flow of people kept the line fairly long but the staff was very positive and had plenty of hustle and smiles. We'll be back !

I can honestly say Medusa Brewing Company is one of my happy places. Out of the many times we've visited, we have never had a negative experience. The selection of drinks is always new and exciting, the food by Taco Gato is phenomenal, and the staff are so welcoming. I'm always excited to explore their menu and fill up with delicious food and drinks.

They have a nice diverse list of beers, in cans and on tap. The Bad Omen was right up my alley, nice and fruity! The varlet with a shot of raspberry tastes like a delicious sour. We ordered their nachos (pico on the side, as requested) & the green salsa was soooo good. The space is huge and decorated with art (that’s for sale) by local artists. We parked on the street (free) and im not sure if they have a parking lot. They DO have a patio, though! It just wasn't open yet when we went.
