Was looking for a cafe to come and eat lunch and found this place. I will say the food and service was top notch! It is a take out style place with outdoor patio seating, and indoor seating for just 6 people. We came here hoping for a relaxing calming vibe but it was a little restaurant inside a store. We ordered the vegan burger and a panini and the food was top notch! Full of flavor, fresh nice and hot the spot. If looking for a place with ambience this isn’t it. New find. Neighborhood gem :) Day one we tried the egg sandwich! Side of fruit was great. Double egg bacon cheese and fruit. Excellent quality. Loved it. So good we returned day 2 for lunch. We got the Turkey BLT panini - Mount Timp !!! And homemade potato chips included. Excellent quality. Super fast friendly service. Wonderful place to enjoy lunch on the outside patio taking in the Sun and gorgeous views of Mt T. While we were there they were carrying out catering trays of food. One of our new favorites in Heber. We love Meg's! The food is always amazing and fresh, and the service is always awesome! Meg and her crew are friendly and pay attention to every detail! There are not many restaurants / cafes (especially in Heber) where I don't regret ordering the food. The food may be delicious but I always feel sick from the grease afterwards. This is definitely not the case with Meg's Timberline Cafe. The food is so amazing and has never been greasy. The hamburgers are delicious and juicy but not greasy. every sandwich or cheeseburger we have ever ordered there has amazing flavor, and looks like a piece of art. We highly recommend Meg's Timberline Cafe, even if you are just driving through town.

Fantastic food, fast service! The convenience of placing an order, doing some shopping and having your food ready to go by the time you are done is awesome! I recently got “The Move In” panini and it was delicious! The southwest breakfast burrito and chai is a must have as well.

Eating at Meg's Timberline Cafe is always a pleasure. Their food is always fresh and tastes amazing. Plus, the prices are very fair for the quality of the meal. The atmosphere is also great with indoor and outdoor seating options and it's conveniently located at the entrance of Timberline Ace Hardware. Best of all it's clean and managed professionally. Best lunch spot in Heber for quick bites! I’ve tried a few items on their menu and have been impressed with everything. Their salads and paninis are my fave. I’d much rather support local businesses such as Megs over the numerous chain options in Heber. Service Take out
