The worst place to custom a cake. The first time, they messed up my order. The print was not what we ordered. This time, the old lady at the bakery was on her cell phone for a long time while we were waiting for her. After she finished her call, she didn't apologize for making us wait but talked to us from a far distance with a bad attitude for no reason. I don't know if she is a racist or just had a bad coversation over her phone. We felt no respect at all and left without ordering anything. We went to Giant Eagle bakery nearby and made our custom cake there. The person at Giant Eagle bakery was very nice and treated us friendly. We spent $40 for a customized cake with a pleasant experience not for being treated with disrespect. Never go back to Meijer bakery again to order any cake.

If you are handicapped and need a cart then it'll be less than a 50/50 chance you'll find an electric cart that's properly charged. Been going to Acme for over 30 years and just switched to Meijers for the present. I spend a lot of money on groceries a month. That being said, if I can't get around the store then we'll have to look elsewhere. Came in at 8 am today and not one single cart was charged. I counted a dozen carts not operable. They have weak batteries, wires hanging out, chords won't roll up, meters completely torn out, and need to be repaired or put in the dumpster. If shoppers are your business you would think they'd have operable carts for us to shop. I've brought this up to management numerous times and gotten a bunch of different excuses and none of them fly! You can do better Meijer...

Convenient for being open late hours and for the DMV kiosk. They usually have everything we want for groceries and everyone there is friendly and helpful. The prices are pretty decent throughout the store. The housewares and small appliances areas can be a bit disorganized. Sometimes there are products on shelves but no price tags that seem to match that particular item. The seating area for what looks like it once sat next to a snack bar is... odd.

The store offers a decent selection of products, and the prices were reasonable. However, there were a few aspects that left me somewhat disappointed. One of the major changes that didn't sit well with me was the introduction of a new point redemption system. Previously, accumulated points automatically translated into cash discounts at the checkout. However, with the new system, I had to log in to an app and manually apply the points, which often resulted in inconvenience. Moreover, the points had an expiration date, adding an additional layer of complexity. Speaking of the app, it frequently logged me out, causing unnecessary hassle. Additionally, there were instances when the discount options were not available, leading to frustration and confusion. Another issue I encountered was the store being short staffed. This resulted in longer wait times at the checkout and made it challenging to find assistance when needed. It would be beneficial for Meijer to address this concern, as it significantly affected the overall shopping experience. On a positive note, Meijer does offer a decent variety of products at reasonable prices, which is a definite advantage. However, the drawbacks mentioned above prevent me from giving it a higher rating. Meijer has its pros and cons. While the selection and prices are commendable, the new point system, app experience, and understaffing are areas that need improvement. I hope the store takes customer feedback into account and works towards enhancing the overall shopping experience.

This is literally one of my favorite stores to go shopping at. As a suffer from extreme anxiety, this story is actually a peaceful experience for me. Between the store layout and the atmosphere as well as the community it just makes for a good shopping experience. The employees and staff are always helpful and quite professional. I hope whoever reads this finds this review helpful.

This used to be one of my favorite stores. Note the word used to be. It definitely has gone down hill. I go in after working second shift so I do love that they are open till midnight. However sometimes I question why I even bother. The store is always dirty looking. Milk and eggs are always almost empty. I like to buy born free eggs and they are always out of stock. Not to mention the employees stocking block the aisles with their stuff. I try to say excuse me to get by but most of them have ear buds in and don't hear me. Several of them smell of weed and act like they aren't there to help customers. Then they never have a register open they want everyone to use self serve. I just wish the store was like it was when it opened. It was so much cleaner and nicer to shop in

I’m leaving this review for Jacob. I was shopping tonight. It had been a long day with me and my baby shes six month old Everybody beeps for different reasons when they walk in and out of that store I know I have a coach bag and that could be because they have something inside the material and I’ve beat them other places with this back I beeped when I went in the store I even also took something in the store. I had two items that I was returning I was gonna return, the jacket and get a different size but I didn’t want to gift card and I didn’t have a receipt for it because my sister had got it for me and it we always shop at the store, so she never had the buzzard taken off of it. I just returned a comforter set. I was just at the front desk customer service if I was stealing, I would’ve never stopped at the door as I’m walking out, I beep there’s a light skin girl with glasses. I told her I said I don’t know why I’m beeping. She comes over and immediately starts asking me did you purchase anything? I said it could be the clothes cause I wasn’t sure cause I wasn’t paying attention. She immediately has my receipt in her hand and she’s looking at my bags which that is not her job to do. Her job is not to look in my bags or even stop me at the door but she did she persist to go over to where you take the buzzard off and looks at my receipt and immediately says this isn’t on the receipt. OK I’m not a Fee if that’s what you’re thinking you didn’t ask me all that I’m tired. I’ve had a long day of my baby at the doctors. With her ear infection on top of working all day so immediately grabbed the jacket takes my buzzard off and I think temper that because sometimes people just don’t wanna deal with that it’s been a long day nobody’s gonna steal a $30 Columbia jacket seriously but shot out to Jacob for making my night a little easier we need more employees on the floor and stores I had already paid for everything that was in my buggy Everything was in bags had a buzzard on it one thing. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ that’s why people don’t like shopping at stores anymore. That makes people feel uncomfortable then you got a lot of harassment going on people following me around the stores that was unacceptable from that employee because truth be told she had no right because she didn’t know anything or my situation and then she asked Jacob. What did he want her to do? What do you mean, what is there to do? I was going to get a different size jacket. I just decided not to buzzards all the time, but not meaning to. It’s not on purpose. I hope that employee that stopped me and wanted to take time out of her night to see if I was stealing polishes up You don’t treat customers that way you don’t. I stop smelly at the door for a reason after I stopped she should’ve took one good. Look at my receipt and said go ahead, ma’am. but she did not thank you for not making my night, so so bad and understanding and making it simple. You’re good at your job. I seen you at the front desk at customer service helping a couple with a double charge on the credit card. You’re definitely good at what you do. 🙌🙌🙌🙌❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🗣️ You clearly don’t get enough credit words do, but I will give Give it to you because it’s the small things that mattered to people And I had my baby with me and it’s a blizzard outside. Roads are bad people want to get home.

Meijer's has become my go to store. I think they have the best selection on fresh fruits & vegetables. By using my EBT card to purchase my produce I get another 10% off @ check out, no coupon needed. On today's excursion I scored me a pair of insulated canvas pants normally $50 on clearance for $20. plus an additional 5% off coupon for my birthday, score.

One of the best grocery stores in the area. Really easy to find what you’re looking for. Great fresh meat selection and decent prices especially when compared to Giant Eagle.
