We had an incredible evening thanks to Melly - a truly amazing a chef who cooked for us at our villa.
Melly's love for St. Lucian cooking and local ingredients was clear from the start. The chef picked the best local meat, seafood, fruits and veggies to make dishes that were full of color and taste, and then prepared them in local fashion using traditional outdoor clay ovens.
What made the dinner stand out was how much care the chef put into every dish. Each plate looked like a piece of art, and the chef told us stories about where the ingredients came from and how the dishes were inspired by local traditions. This made the meal more than just eating; it was like we were on a journey through St. Lucia's food culture.
Melly was not only very skilled but also friendly and made us feel at home. It was amazing to have such a special and personal dinner right at our villa, and she did a fantastic job of making us feel the warmth and hospitality of St. Lucia through the delicious food.
In short, this chef is a real treasure in St. Lucia for anyone wanting a special dining experience. The mix of great food, lovely presentation, and being engaged in the cooking process made our evening unforgettable.

When my partner and I first stepped into Melly's for our lunch date, we were pleasantly surprised to discover a local gem ready to offer a golden experience.
