Tasty, greasy and fattening artery clogging food. I felt guilty eating the food but I couldn’t stop because it was yummy. The patty melt was 4/5, bacon cheese taters 5/5 Tomato basil 3/5 a little too sweet. They take a while to cook but it was very fresh. Don’t expect impeccable service but it was fair. Definitely would recommend,if you like a lot of onions while on your lunch break 🧅 🧅 🧅 🧅 🧅 🧅 🧅 🧅 🧅 And I didn’t even know that they had an onion cheese melt, and my order only came to $25 Overall disappointed, where do I start, It’s in the food court at the mall. I ordered the BBQ Brisket, It took about 15 - 20 mins for me to get my order, but I was okay because the bag was hot. Haven't been to Melty Way in years, ever since the American Fork location shut down. It was one of my favorite places so I was pleasantly surprised to see Melty Way pop up when I was on lunch break and looking for somewhere to go. I got the Turkey Bacon on Gluten Free bread and the sandwich was great, but it was $12... Far too expensive for just the sandwich alone in my opinion. They gave me a burnt sandwich with pickles when I asked for without, and the cook guy came out and told me that it was going to look like that no matter what. Im visiting from Canada and stopped here for lunch before my next activity for the day. I got the tomato basil soup and let me tell you. THAT IS THE BEST TOMATO SOUP IVE EVER HAD. It does not taste like its from a mall foodcourt at all. It was delicious. The staff were very friendly and even double checked with me when my food was ready, that I did only buy a soup. Most places wouldnt do that. My friend got one of the grilled cheese sandwiches and said hers was really good as well. I will have to come back before I go home! First of all this place is extremely overpriced. They pulled my burger patty out of a metal steam tin and it was watery, unseasoned, and nearly identical to a meatloaf. The service was terrible and all employees seemed groutchy and were all working in what seemed like slow motion. The portion size was small, the burger was low quality and covered in excessive onions. By far the worst choice and priciest place in the food court. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We went there on 1/27/2024 around 5:30pm. I have never had such unfriendly service in my life. The lady working the counter didn't say a word, they guy making our sandwiches just handed them to us. I asked for extra napkins and you would have thought her world was ending. And I love that they expect a tip. The food was ok, nothing special but because of the service we will never be back. Loved going to Melty Way. Onion Rings are perfect, and the batter stays on the onion. The bread bowl with broccoli cheddar soup was excellent. The French Dip sandwich was delicious, as was the Chicken Avocado sandwich. I really don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu! We ordered the chicken avocado and the fajita melt and they were both good. The fajita melt is spicy because of the jalapeño but still tasted good. The fries were crispy and you have to ask for a sauce if you want any (they only have ketchup). They serve the food on a plate that you see at barbecue parties. I would like to try their other menus in the future. The bread was crispy too on the outside. For my meal at least, they put a lot of cheese and other ingredients too. I can't decide which I liked better because both menus were satisfying to me. The customer service was just meh. I think the way they set up their area is similar to Subway because you can see what ingredients they have and they make the sandwich right in front of you.
