This spot has great food choices, and I’m happy to see it fresh- seasonally changing, and well stocked. The staff seem like they need more back up! I hope managers see this and give another body on shift. The wait is not the fault of employees as they are going fast- it’s just genuinely busy. I’m grateful for the clean spot, has bathroom, and during Christmas, a beautiful tree! I would love to see them participate in Instagram give—aways. Parking isn’t great here. First time here. Looks like a new local chain based on the layout and the color and the signage. This location was tough to find a parking spot. It's built into the base of an apartment or condominium complex with four or five parking spaces out front that are reserved for picking up to go orders. Sign says more parking out back but I only found two spaces. I decided on getting more than my usual chai latte by adding an item. I was surprised when I was asked if I would like a pickle or salad to go with it in addition to potato chips. Great coffee and friendly staff! They give you free chocolate covered coffee beans and they even asked me my chocolate preference (I can’t stand white chocolate!) I thought that was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. Definitely would recommend stopping in!

This location offers excellent food choices. However, it seems the staff could benefit from additional support. I hope the management takes notice and adds another person to the shift. The wait is understandable due to the high volume of customers, but the staff is working efficiently. Went on a busy Sat , however employees were very efficient and kind . The vanilla almond croissant was amazing and fresh . Decided to get a iced white mocha w/ whip and almond milk , whoever made it 5 stars , had just the right amount of whip and didn't have an over powering almond milk taste . Do not order pickup here. Ordered 2 lattes (no flavoring, just plain lattes) and no food, their system said it would be ready in 5 minutes. I was left waiting for over 40 minutes for them to make the coffees. People who entered after I had arrived, waiting for my order, had their food AND drink orders fulfilled before mine. By the time I reminded them about it, they said they hadn't started making it yet. Never had to wait nearly 45 minutes for a latte before, and don't plan on doing it again. Go to any of the other dozen coffee places before this one, they overcharge for their food too. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Getting there headed east is a hassle. We had to take an extra long way to get back. There are only four reversed parking spots, but you can park in the crowded visitor spots (1 hr limit). We had an iced caramel silk and an iced caramel macchiato. They were not labeled, and to be honest they tasted pretty similar so it was hard to distinguish which one was which. We also had a pumpkin cheesecake and creme brulee fruit tart. Pumpkin cheesecake tasted like regular pumpkin pie with cheesecake frosting. The tart has a hard crust but it's pretty good otherwise. However, neither is really worth $9 a piece to me. Inside seating is very limited, which makes it a little awkward when waiting for an order. This would be better if you could order online. We tried and caviar would not place the order even though they were open. Otherwise, there is quite a bit of seating outside which is nice. Overall it was okay. Service from the members was good, but slow. I did like it, but not my favorite.
