Their coffee is superb and I've always had good service. Cinnamon rolls aren't anything to rave about and I do with they had more tables at their new location. Yo, for real every time I’ve come to this location the service is trash. Management needs to teach the employees to at the very least greet customers when they walk through the door, more so acknowledge them when they are stand at the register. Completely lazy. Service: 1

First customer in during midweek before a snowstorm, and the Mocha was perfect, service was short on as they started there day. Oh and they serve DazBog coffee the best! Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Good coffee drinks and great service - fast and friendly. They offered a good alternative to cold brew. A little noisy though, and the furniture was crowded. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

This place has the worst drive thru. You order at the window and it takes forever. If your lucky it will take 10 minutes but it’s more like 20 on average. I have ordered the the same drink multiple times and it’s always different. Today will be the last time. My drink was just burnt espresso and a old hard scone. Food and coffee is average for a coffee shop , don’t expect anything fast though waited nearly 25 minutes for a sandwich a egg bites and the drive through doesn’t work so you have to order at the window expect long waits everywhere… Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Metro is easily Casper's gold standard of coffee shops. My only complaint is that the drive through times are constantly lengthy and their intercom has never worked....seems like there could be something to that. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Love to visit here when I'm in town. Dont have gluten free on menu, but staff depending on who is working might know what is and isn't. The vanilla chai is delicious, and my husband has had a few drinks that he has really liked. He likes strong coffee, and if he gets something that is flavored he likes it to taste like coffee still and this is the only place he's liked for such things. I have celiac and haven't got sick once from the vanilla chai latte(2 yrs worth of visits) I do ask everytime I go to make sure they are still using Big Train mix(gluten free and kosher).
