Absolutely tremendous food with service to match. The family atmosphere was warm and inviting; and the food was on another level. We shared stories of our Panama experience with the staff and enjoyed fantastic pork and beef dishes. Prices were very reasonable. All in all, one of our top meals in Panama and far more than we imagined for a “quick lunch stop” on the way to the airport.

Best food we’ve had in Panama. Cute and cozy restaurant that you wouldn’t even know is there if you hadn’t been recommended here. The Shakshuka is especially amazing. They have a smoker on site where they smoke a variety of their foods. This just shows their dedication to providing an amazing culinary experience and their knowledge of running a great restaurant! 10/10 would recommend.

service was personably and graciously perfect, and when i reached the end of my terrible Spanish, another waiter came up and guided us through the rest of the menu.

Went there in order to try their pizza I've seen online! On the pics looked like a proper napolitana made from sourdough. The flavor was far from that, didn't really meet my expectations. However it wasn't completely bad. A little bit chewy and underseasoned.
I had a take-out so I can't say much about the service but the staff I had contact with were friendly.
I would definitely want to try other foods from their menu, maybe eat in.
It seems my original review was in error. Sorry. The menu has changed since I visited years ago. Not as good a selection as previously. We love to eat lamb. Lamb and perhaps more are no longer there. 😞 I remembered wraps but I did not see them on the menu. I may have missed the item.
I had a double burger and fries. My friend had a triple burger and fries. Vivien had the hummus. All items tasted good.

I asked my server if they had any vegan options and was pointed toward three dishes--none of which were actually vegan--but I was told that they could each be made without the meat and dairy. He recommended one in particular (the keto poke) and, although he told me that I'd be charged full price for it, he assured me that I'd be getting extra vegetables, to make up for the omitted animal products.
What I ended up receiving was a plate covered in liquid hummus and a sprinkling of chives, with no more than a quarter of a small red bell pepper that had been cut into strips and the equivalent of two mushrooms, chopped. With no sides, pita, rice, or anything else. As a main course. For TWELVE DOLLARS.
When I politely asked my server if they had perhaps forgotten about my extra vegetables he told me that those WERE the extra vegetables, then never returned and sent someone else to handle the bill.
At no point before, during or after the meal were we ever offered or brought any water, either.
Though the food was an absolute joke, my friend and I did get to have a good laugh about it. It was, however, not nearly funny enough for me to ever even consider returning; and I could never, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone else.
