Cozy atmosphere, spacious with very friendly services. Good selection of foods, fruits + drinks . Happy that this lounge has a noodle bar that provide order made hot noodles. Will be great if this lounge served Malaysian satay, one of the popular local delicacies. Overall foods quality are OK. Located close to domestic gate A2. Easy access especially for anyone who transits from international to domestic terminal.

Severely under-staffed and lack of food. The food at the buffet line is empty for 20 mins. Sandwiches section was already empty for 30 mins already. Juice section is just as worse - no glases and empty juice tank. Fruit platter counter is the same. A Golden Lounge front counter female registration staff had to come and clear the dirty dishes on the table, as there was no one around to clear the dirty plates and glasses on the tables, which customers had eaten and left more than 10 mins already. MAS management MUST critically look into hiring staff to ensure food is available and tables are cleaned immediately for customers that comes into the Golden Lounge.

Experience in this Golden Lounge has improved lately. It got worse in terms of food and drinks about 1 year ago. Food selection hasn't changed much but taste is slightly better. Domestic flight travellers give lounge a constant flow of people. Why the staff are holding back people from taking food because they need to take photos? Internal requirements should not delay or burden customers. Lighting is ok. Toilet facilities can be better but sufficient.

Have to compliment this lounge. Spotlessly clean, a small but quality offering of snacks including a very nice wonton noodle. Very comfortable with a selection of papers and magazines. I will not hesitate to use this lounge instead of another that is available. Thanks to all

Had to give this place a 5 star due to the past posts connected to the temporary lounge. The service and new decorations are wonderful, the lounge is surrounded by glass windows and you get a great view of the airport tarmac and the aircrafts. In terms of food, you get the standard buffet, espresso machine and they are currently serving a rotation of a variety of Malaysian Laksa from the different regions. Wifi is included, with excellent facilities such as kids area, resting area with power socket and a wide range of reading materials. It is noted that no alcohol is served on regional flights so the regional domestic lounge doesn't serve alcohol too. All in all, the new lounge is pretty well done and pretty good value for money compared to the old temporary lounge. Get some food and drinks in you before your next flight!

This is international standard lounge though its domestic. I was very surprised on the fabulous upgraded outfits, cozy and spacious setting. Great view on the runways. It’s much better than many Europe lounges which I frequently use. Syabas MAS and make sure you maintain the high standards. Keep up the excellent service.

best place to relax while waiting for your flight, especially early morning flights (it opens at 5 am). the food selection is more than enough enough because it caters for domestic flight passengers with the longest travel time of 2 hours (i.e. sabah), which means its way better than the food offered in-flight. WiFi is fast and sufficient enough to download netflix TV episodes.

Average lounge with average food selection, mostly East Asian food. It gets a bit crowded at times but offers a great view of the runway and satellite terminal. They have premium spirits but they are kept hidden so you have to ask for them.

Terrible temporary lounge, no alcohol, no soft drinks. Poor selection of food. Use the international lounge if connecting, do not be put off by the reception staff (like we were). It took under 30 minutes to get to the domestic terminal from an arriving international flight including customs.

It's okay as far a lounges go. But the food seems to become lesser in quality, and quantity (selection)
