This place is hands down the best ramen place within Changhua city. Then it’s chicken broth flavored Ramen makes it a little more special. We usually queued up for about 15-20 mins before we were being seated. During then they would take our orders. Overall the place is neat and clean. It is the second time that we’ve visited the place. Update: The ramen tastes a little less drunk then before, but this ramen is very elegant in flavor. I think it's safe to say this place serves a world class chicken ramen. Menya Sankin crafts its bowl with chicken broth, thin but dense noodles, 3 slices of drunken chicken, an egg, and toppings that lend subtle changes to the flavor of the dish as a while. The star of the show is the broth, gold in color (true to the shop's name), rich with chicken flavor that packs a rounded punch, not quite smack you in the face with flavor, but it isn't mellow or subdued either. It's very aromatic and sticks well to the noodles; chicken oil from the broth lends that sticky mouthfeel once the bowl is crushed. The noodles are thin yet dense. When slurped, they pull up a good amount of broth, each bite is packed with rich flavor. Three slices of drunken chicken act as chashu, steering the bowl towards Chinese influence, but they don't stand out too much as to overshadow the flavor of the rest of the bowl. The egg was surprisingly good, a perfect combination of rich fudgy yolk drizzled with Chinese rice wine. It really gave the whole ramen a flavor of drunken chicken. A standout topping was the sliced green onion; it reminded me of cold cut chicken in Chinese restaurants. I'm pretty sure I'll come to this place everytime I come to Changhua; it's become one of my favorite ramen shops in all of Taiwan.
Simple ingredients, but the soup was the star of the show. Rich and layered. Perfect for a cold day! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

第三次來店內用了,之前一直苦苦等待別人介紹拌面,後來決定自己吃自己發了🤣 雞汁調味十分美味,而且蒜片非常酥脆,雖然酥到沒有蒜味,但我猜還是會很多人喜歡,整體吃起來很超值。 另外,有加點純雞湯需注意非常燙口,我看它很無害就直接喝,燙到要流淚🫠然後雞汁拌麵較鹹,因此喝雞湯會感覺比較沒味道,但還是有很濃厚的雞湯味,喝完嘴巴還會有膠質黏黏的感覺。 之前兩次都是來吃濃厚雞湯拉麵,覺得十分美味,但蘆筍蠻看季節的,其中一次吃覺得特別甜,不管是拉麵還是拌面,麵體都偏硬,喜歡軟一點可以跟老闆或闆娘說一聲。 總而言之,物超所值,是個適合再訪的店舖😋 Service Dine in Price per person $1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes 味玉濃厚雞湯麵

2023.10.08 初訪 晚上比較晚過去用餐,能點的品項不多 這次點濃厚雞湯麵、麻辣拌麵 點餐時有告知麵體偏硬,有檸檬水可以自取 座位不多但位置挺舒適裝潢也不錯 雞湯的湯很濃厚好喝,不死鹹 不過麵體真的有點硬,但會再回訪 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–200

今天是平日5.來 大概到5.30就快滿位了 店內位置較少 但翻桌率快 平日等候不需等太久 服務人員態度很不錯 值得讚許 今天吃的是 濃厚辣雞湯麵(小辣) 平常是會吃辣的 我認為小辣是一般人都能接受的辣度 麵條非常有嚼勁 即使吃到後面也不會因為麵泡著湯而變得軟爛 湯頭非常的濃郁 微辣的湯頭配上雞湯的香氣 整體清爽不油膩 本店的叉燒是使用雞叉燒 獨特的雞叉燒配上微辣的雞湯湯底 推薦大家一試 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
