Some of my order had not been given to me and when I called to try get a refund all I was told is we are busy and then put me on hold and then hung up on me while I was waiting for a manager. The lady I spoke with first was so rude. We will not be returning and neither will our friends. Learn how to take responsibility for your actions instead of an attitude because YOU forgot my food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Very rude staff. Multiple occasions of forgotten items. Communication gets completely ignored upon asking for assistance. To be particular upon asking for a manager an employee proceeded to pick up the phone and argue with us after asking for our refund/credit. Needless to say check your bags. Service Take out

Check your order. If you pick up your food, check your order. I order from here routinely and they routinely forget part of my order. Good food. Good prices. I've learned to never drive off without checking my order! Update. I'm done with this place. I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before I received service. Then the young kid told me that he wouldn't be taking my order because I voiced my displeasure. No problem, I'd already decided that I wouldn't be spending anymore of my money here. Their service has always been lacking, but as of late its horrible. Real shame. I've been coming here for years. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Very very disappointed. Always go here but unfortunately they messed up my order and refuse to remake it. They put cheese on my hotdogs which I didn't even ask for I'm lactose intolerant. They wanted me to bring the food back ! How disgusting nd unsanitary. Never will i go back Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
