We love Milo’s tea and lemonade and had no idea it was a restaurant too! Went out of our way to stop by here on a road trip as we drove through Alabama. Honestly, it wasn’t worth the extra gas. Food was ok. Others were ok, not a lot of flavor. My chicken sandwich was pretty good. I thought the gravy on the loaded fries was kinda unpleasant but adding hamburger patty was an interesting take on loaded fries. Staff were disinterested in helping and, even though the cashier had to ask one of the cooks to specifically “drop a peach pie” in the fryer for me, they made me a lemon one instead. Disappointing and we didn’t have time to wait for a new one. Just an overall mid experience. We’ll continue to buy the teas and lemonade at the grocery store and call it a day. I went to Milo’s and ordered a cheese burger. The total was $5.63 for one cheese burger. This was my first time going and I had always heard good things about their burgers so I was looking forward to it. Needless to say, it was a HUGE disappointment. Nothing special at all. The burger that I received looked like it belonged on a dollar menu. The bun was not toasted or anything. It is not even comparable to McDonald’s $1.79 cheese burger. Even the McDonald’s cheese burger comes with a toasted bun. First and last time ever going to Milo’s.

I went to the Tuscaloosa location and I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. The manager Ariel took my order she was nice and very patient. I ordered the Mexi fries and they are amazing. The grill cook Terrance Brown made sure I had fresh fries. I also added a chicken tender you should try it. I will definitely be going back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'm going to end on a positive.....first the food sucked. Please stick was making tea and get out of the restaurant business. My hamburger was gas station quality, and the chicken nuggets were no more than fried batter. However, the fries were good. The dining room was clean, but the clientele was sketchy at best. I was a little uneasy. It was after dark. Now for the positive aspect, the staff were very nice and accommodating. They were better than average. Always a favorite stop when I go through middle Alabama. This time we were going to Tuscaloosa to visit my daughter who attends the best college in the SEC. You already know who that is I don't have to tell you. We brought her boyfriend with us and he never had Milo's. He liked it so much he went back and bought another classic hamburger.

First their loyalty app didn't work. It would let you load up the cart but informed me that I was charged but have to wait on refund. We ordered a double cheeseburger plain but it came out complete opposite (everything except cheese). I pointed that out but realized she keyed it wrong and we didn't pay for the cheese. There was also no sense of urgency to make it right. We were told we could only sit in particular sections. Had to ask for refills, I'm assuming it's so they could lazily not have to fill up the customer use dispensers. I will say they were fast and did have a focus on cleanliness, but neither of those are hard when you have 2 customers per hour. I'm worried about this location's lifespan. Milo is my dogs name. Figured i better get him some chicken tenders from his favorite chicken place. I like the seasoned fries and the friendly ladies that work there. The place was clean and swrvice was top knotch. Thank you.

Got our order took at 7:40pm still waiting on our food at 8:10pm 30 minutes waiting on fast food. No lids for the cups. Tables we very dirty parking I hit a huge pot hole. Place definitely need attention from management and staff.

For it being my first experience it was also my worst.. The Front counter service is honestly amazing, very great attitude! The food is a different story tho, I ordered the #11 Spicy Chicken Sandwhich, Crispy of course like I do everywhere I go well the sandwhich was so soggy because of the sauce when I didn’t ask for extra, the sandwhich was supposed to have no pickle but came with them, chicken was very tough and chewy! Not even 15 minutes after eating my stomach was completely tore up!! Just made that sandwhich horrible in my opinion!! I haven't been to Milo's in some years since i moved away and Louisiana doesn't have one so since i was here i decided to stop by and try a Milo's combo meal well I guess you can say I was a little bit disappointed because the food didn't really taste like i remember from past experiences but the ice tea was still pretty good I wish they could put that extra sweet Milo's tea in the restaurants like they have in the stores maybe one day i will go back and trying them out again and hopefully it will be a little bit better than it was Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
