The hotel/suite appears very appealing as advertised. However the services can be made better. 1. The beds are small in a cramped up room space 2. Some rooms are so damp and uncomfortable 3. Most of the rooms have no facilities for hot/warm water 4. Air conditioners are epileptic 5. Staff that are unresponsive 6. General finishing needs to be upgraded 7. Quality of service needs to be improved upon.

Nice environment and even quite awesome rooms at relatively affordable price ranges but their customer care should be worked on. If that is done it would be top notch
