I'm annoyed with the obscure practice of charging for rice per person, INCLUDING a toddler, for a family style combo meal where the portions are already significantly SMALLER than a la carte. Better food elsewhere with more transparent and reasonable pricing. Won't be back. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
