Came here for the first time Tuesday night and was blown away by the food. Everything we tried was excellent! Drinks were good too. Our waiter was great and made really good suggestions. I can't wait to go back and try more items on the menu.
I got the red pepper snapper and my wife got the chilean sea bass. We also got apps and dessert.
We came in at 8 on a Tuesday night and there weren't a lot of people there at all. Don't let the empty parking lot fool you because this place is so good

Fantastic little upscale seafood restaurant and bar. I took my girlfriend there for Valentine's Day and it was a wonderful experience. Taylor was our server and she was very friendly, attentive, and suggested great food and drink options. The food was delicious, I had the Hawaiian Swordfish and it was fantastic. The drinks were made fresh and were delicious as well. This is definitely going to be one of our go to spots and we like that it's a very short drive for us. It is more on the pricey side, but in our opinion, it is worth it.

Went tonight for the first time today and really liked MiRi. For a random
Wednesday night there was a good number of customers eating, we arrived around 7 and were able to get a table right away. We didn’t order any drinks but the bar was full of customers so I assume the drinks must be good. Our waitress was very nice and knew the menu well. We only ordered appetizers to eat starting with the short rib, it was very good but for a wagu rib I thought it would be more tender l, still worth it if you want to try. Next we got the garlic shrimp and man these were excellent, I could order 10 plates of these alone. We then had a couple of oysters, which I totally forgot the kind and to take a picture of, they were smallish but very fresh and tasty. Next we got the spring rolls and a bowl of lobster pumpkin soup but were delicious. The place is on the pricey side for the area but the food is very fresh and delicious. The recipes are unique and thoughtfully prepared, the staff were very nice and service was excellent. We will definitely be back to try some more menu items.

We just love this place. There is something for everyone and the dishes are so different from the usual seafood restaurants, you will not get bored. I recommend the pumpkin lobster soup, which gets poured steaming hot on your plate from the cutest little teapot right in front of you! If you like uncooked fish - the Black Garlic Snapper Carpaccio is to die for. Or try the Scottish Salmon entree my son always gets, which is cooked to perfection. Or try anything else - it is so worth it!

The food is exceptional! This upscale restaurant fuses of Asian and seafood is superb. It's really a hidden gem that needs to be discovered by everyone. Great date night place with great drinks. Compliments to the chef 👨🍳 If you are questioning going here for dinner, dont. Just go! We'll be back!
Oh and we had the red pepper snapper, garlic pepper shrimp, my hubby had the tuna, and Tres Leche cheesecake & humming bird cake for dessert. The drink was a blood orange martini. Everything was delicious from start to finish.

10 out of 10!! Kicking myself for not trying this sooner. Honestly, the outside does not communicate what is going inside. Our food was stellar. I enjoyed some fresh east coast oysters, the black garlic carpacio was insane, the octopus was so perfectly executed, brussel sprouts were crispy, spicy and sweet...and I ordered the rainbow trout for my entree... Amazing! Can't wait to come back!!!

Our new favorite restaurant. Beautiful decor. Artisan appetizers, delicious fish and chips, triple tail snapper was elegant. Get the seafood fried rice to share and take home the rest.

Tonight I went in with a small appetite and the bartender recommended the Spanish Octopus. This was by far the best Octopus I have ever eaten! This dish had an incredible sweet flavor served over a bed of caramelized onions and cherry tomatoes in a incredible sauce you could almost drink with a straw! The service was very good and the staff was friendly. We even had a visit from the owner who asked how the food was and might I say he was as kind as ever and obviously passionate about what he does. I can’t say enough about this place and I look forward to our next visit!

I pride myself on knowing the best restaurants in the Houston Metroplex, I am shocked Miru is right around the corner from my house and I am just now discovering it. We had an absolutely fantastic experience this evening, Black Garlic Snapper Carpacio, Spanish Octopus and Brussle Sprouts to start and then Red Pepper Snapper and Rainbow Trout for the meals.
Miru is definitely on the weekly rotation now.
