I ordered online for pickup and ate my food at home. The food was great, I liked it a lot. I want to order again and see what else is good here. The Eel and Avacado sushi is awesome. However, when I went to pick my order up, I was telling the lady the name on the order and she seemed to barely understand English. After she found my order, she made a gesture like "Okay its this bag right here" put the receipt down and walked away, and didn't come back. I just took my order and walked out the door. I was unsure if the order was all ready to go. I ordered a side of ginger and it wasn't with the order. I got an extra side of some dark sauce, I'm not sure what it was. Very disappointed in today's customer service. I go here weekly and I've never had an issue but today my husband found hair in his food. I politely asked to speak with a manager to address the issue. I actually called back twice both times told the manager would call me back. Never received so much as a call back! This is not ok ! And nasty might I add that means no hair net is being worn. We had not gone to Mizu since the start of the pandemic. We went back last night everything has changed. There’s a new floors and all the hibachi grills were gone. Kind of disappointed because the show was part of exciting part of the dining experience. The food was good though still has the hibachi food from the kitchen. All in all we still enjoyed ourselves. Went here highly recommend from our hotel and got very disappointed. We got all you can eat (4 people) and ordered a lot of different dishes but everything was served all together. A messy experience, the rice was to loose, the sashimi was too thick cut and not fresh as you would think when you eat close to the ocean and pay close to 30 dollars per person. No desserts included. They said they have no desserts at all but I was told different when. Called ahead since we came to celebrate a birthday! The service was not great, there was no changing station for our baby in the bathroom, we will not be back! No photos of the sushi served, it wasn’t pretty at all!

First time trying since I’ve moved to Gulfport. I ordered on DoorDash and it got to my house quick and hot! I tried the 228 and Cherry Blossom rolls, they’re my all time favorites. The Cherry Blossom was savory and creamy. The 228 is a bit bulky with the ingredients but I enjoyed it nonetheless :)) I got the spring rolls and they were super crispy and delicious, and some chicken yakisoba on the side for later. The chicken is super tender and the veggies are cooked just right, not too soft and not too hard. I definitely recommend this place! It is my favorite so far out of all the japanese restaurants I have tried around here! will be eating again soon! The food was delicious. They have an all you can eat roll menu that is separate from the regular menu, you have to ask for it. Meal was fantastic, the restaurant itself looks a bit worn but don’t let that keep you away.

this place is where you go if you want good sushi/sashimi. the rolls are perfectly balanced with the rice ratio to ingredients, the quality of fish is excellent and the sashimi is delish. they also have all you can eat to include sashimi pieces. they have a hibachi grill but I haven't tried it other the. the hibachi noodles.. which are excellent the seating is limited so be aware it can get busy.. definately will be our go to sushi joint
