Frequent customer since it’s near my dorm. When you come early or when there’re few customers, you get quick service. But this time all the staff are very unresponsive. Customer service was just bad. No queueing system provided, everyone outside the restaurant we’re just confused. From outside the shop empty tables were left uncleaned for >15 min. Tissues were absent (for the first time). Staff walked past almost ignoring calls and often rushed back to kitchen and came out after long while. Only 1 or 2 staff are responding to orders and services. The restaurant also closes air-con more than 30min before it closes... imagine a hotspot without air-con. Overall this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in MK. But to be fair food quality is absolutely top tile.

Ordered food and it came out wrong. Then was double teamed by two waitress with bad atitudes not believing and lying about what I ordered. Never going back again. We spend quality money for quality service otherwise I cook it myself. Looking to relax not be belittled and bullied.

food is bland but my wife likes it. I was commenting to her that I dont feel eating but my mouth moves and stomach gets full. Must be the Buddhist teachings that you eat to nourish the body but not for enjoyment. Probably that is why this chain is so Popular in Thailand!
