Most horrible Mochanchos ever!!! The service is pathetically slow and poor! It took us literally 57min to get an order of a half a chicken and wings! The sauces are off and have an unbearable stench! The staff have so much attitude! The place is dirty, they don’t clean tables. (See attached pictures) Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great service. Good food. Whenever I'm in Bloem. I would go here. Located inside Prellar Square. Lots of little shops to visit when you are there. Had the quarter chicken and chips mild with a lemonade chiller. The cashiers dont listen to your orders. They have attitude if you correct them even. They talk in their own language if you complain about them getting the order wrong! Even eyes was rolled... this makes people feel very unwelcome. For a paying customer, (and I had to pay money in because of the cashier not listening the first time) the service was very poor and I will not recomment any of my friends to go there again! This is their idea of a greek salad with extra feta. Wilted white lettuce with six small blocks of feta in a already greek salad. Not a cucumbers, carrots shaving (as advertised) or onion in sight. Really shocking experience. Waited almost 20 minutes only for the staff to realise they forgot half of my order. Waited another 20 minutes for the order. Got my order eventually with half the order cold and the other half was flaming hot. I did not even receive an apology for the error or poor service. First time experience buying at mochachos and I was greatly disappointed and pissed, the chicken wings were dry and tasted like there'd been left out for several days it was not enjoyable at all. I ordered mild and BBQ wings however I was only give the BBQ ones. I was not able to have a full bite. With each bite I was brought closer and closer to nauseation. The dryness of the chicken was beyond the texture of biltong and the meat is starting darkening as if it it rotting . The mochachos at preller square has disappointed me dearly. I have ordered twice from the restaurant. First time ordered a Cheesy Pine Chicken Burger with chips. After waiting for an 1h30m, got the food only to see they forgot the chips. Second time ordering via Mr Delivery app. Asked for extra salsa on the cheese nachos. The nachos was basically just dry chips, with tomato sauce and cheese that is not evem melted. Very disappointed in the restaurant.

I came here on a saterday and the store was not busy we placed our order then received our food 45 mins later but the food was COLD,ICE COLD and the dough was NOT cooked AT ALL the Insides were basically frozen but the top was cooked and the sauce WAS PLAIN,but luckily the lady working there was VERY sweet and gave us a refund LOVE HER! Ordered for the first time via the Mr. Delivery app. Waited an hour for the restaurant to finalise the order, but that was said was the waiting time. Low behold one of the burgers had no top bun, and the burgers was very bland and had little to no taste. Really hope I can delete this review in the future, as this is one of my favourite fast food places.

We went there to get a quick lunch. The food was very good, but they took a very long time to bring us the food. We had chicken burgers with chips and one of my friends had quarter chicken with chips. The atmosphere is okay, but sadly there is a small amusement park for children and the noise coming from there is sometimes unbearable. Staff were not friendly, but also not rude.
