This was the first time we've tried MOD pizza and what a pleasant surprise. Hannah was a girl that helped us she was very professional and very personable we went out to her vehicle to eat and I forgot something went back in and she remembered my name even though they were really busy. Food with excellent great price for unlimited toppings is wonderful thank you so much for being there.

I randomly stumbled across this place and glad I did! I like the general concept of the kitchen/ordering process. The staff was super friendly, and the pizza and prices were good. Fast and friendly. I went tonight and I'm already looking forward to going back.

“Mod pizza super fast” as the name states outside, place should be changed from super fast to super slow. No sense of urgency from the staff. Waited almost 45 mins to place an order and saw many people in line leave the place. Staff has to be trained better. Online orders were being processed late as well.

Ordered thin crust. Was worse than the worst frozen pizza I ever ate. The definition of cold cardboard.
Placed the order online for delivery and for some reason it defaulted to pick up. Called in and they canceled the order and told us to place another one for delivery which we did. Unfortunately, they still charged us for both. When I saw it post on my account I called in and the person I spoke to said, well it's a past order I don't think we could do anything. He then said, maybe we can give you a credit for a future order. They could've given me free food for a lifetime and I never would've gone back. It was that bad.
W left off where they were providing my information to the manager named Jeremy. Never received a call. Placed a dispute with the credit card company.

Have tried the pizza, pocket and salads and everything is just delicious!! Always fresh ingredients and the staff are really nice. So glad they're open by us, we will be regulars. You might have to wait in line but it's worth it!

The manager Jeremy was extremely courteous and made our experience really pleasant. The food was good but the customer service in Jeremy was outstanding.

The NICEST most FUNNY most INTELLIGENT crew EVER. 10/10 would definitely come here again. Pizza is also scrumptious!
